The Martins

This was the hardest time for our family, but The Martins were amazing and dealt with the funeral process with great professionalism and dignity. Special thanks to Vicky and Ian.

. We used this family run funeral director's for my father, staff were very sympathetic and so kind, really took a lot of the stress away as they help you to think of stuff that at the time you can't bear to think about. Helped us with flowers..choosing coffin and sorting out service etc. I can't fault them at all. I highly recommend to you to reach out to The Martin's you won't be disappointed.

If anyone asked me who to use, then its Adrian and his team.. Lost father in August and could not fault their service. They guided us throughout this difficult time and yet there was no pressure.. Then 4 months later lost my nan. They were as professional this time as the first.. I can only say thank you and thank your team..

I just wanna say what an AMAZING service the Martins provided from start to finish. No words can describe how brilliant these guys were, I want to thank Vicky,Ian,Adrian,Natalie and Clive for making my brothers final days go as well as they could.Nothing was to much and they accommodated our every need, no matter how big or small. Ensuring they paid attention to every detail (even those out of their control) Making sure the day went well and took off all the pressure.The Martins went above and beyond in every way possible. I will never be able to thank you enough. Ian you are a top bloke mate and someone we will never forget!

Adrian and the Team and Natalie truly surpassed themselves Adrian knew our requirements as soon as he met myself and my sister arranging dad’s send off he also had ideas which we never thought of and made the arrangements beautifully which we and the family are extremely grateful it made the process much easier and bearable to cope with he became a friend and I’m extreemly grateful for all your help, kindness, sympathy and much more , even the Minister was matched to our persona - thank you Adrian for putting up with us you kept it jovial which dad and we wanted and this helped us so much organising everything - on the day, you and the team were so patient (even though it was a sketch out of Nottinghill the film, on the family’s departure I hasten to add) this has no reflection on the service you gave In fact, even better with a smile!!! and again your patience was a virtue; and we wouldn’t have had it any other way - btw sorry for the make up Adrian on your lovely suit (hugs) at the funeral Sadie and the family xxxxxxx.

My goodness. I just don't know what to say.Vicky, and the team guided us through the process of saying farewell to our Dad with such care, patience and expertise, that I can't thank them enough.The lads on the day were exceptional, and the whole thing went flawlessly. I can't recommend them enough.

Martins Funeral Directors have been so helpful and caring in the process of arranging my mums funeral and on the day itself.Vicky has walked me through the whole process of getting everything sorted. I hadn't a clue what to do but Vicky was patient in explaining everything to me and the family when we needed help understanding what to do next.Natalie made us a beautiful order of service and the flowers that were arranged for us were stunning.Ian & Graham drove myself and the close family in the limousine to the crematorium and handled the procession with decorum and respect. They kept us up to date when we had to wait for the chapel to clear from the previous service and they handled all the preparation with flowers and order of service to ensure everything was setup for us. They kept us up to date all throughout the day. Even when my sister needed some more time to process before entering the chapel - they gave her time and allowed her to regain composure before we carried on. They were really professional throughout the day.We really recommend their services and want to thank them for all the hard work they put into making our day a little easier.Thanks so much Vicky, Natalie, Ian & Graham

We recently lost our dear Mum and Martins were specified in her plan. We could not be happier with the service provided by Adrian and his team. From the first meeting with Adrian we were treated with the utmost care and respect and it made a very difficult job a lot easier knowing that we and Mum were in safe hands.Natalie produced a lovely order of service and added some floral touches at our request.Jackie Church of Church's florist in Handcross was also lovely and created the most breathtaking display of flowers for the willow casket we chose and other arrangements for our family and friends.The day itself went very smoothly and it was a comfort knowing Adrian was there to guide us.
