Brilliant facility, wish it was on the north side bet our gang would put it to great use.

We attended the football dome this week as part of a birthday party. The dome malfunctioned due to extreme heat, which we didn't mind as it is out of staff control. However, customer service was poor, we had a 1hour slot for the birthday and after 15minutes we still hadn't been told anything by the staff who had passed us a number of times. When we went to the reception desk to enquire about what the plan was we got a lot of attitude and cheek from a female member of staff. It was like it was our problem and she wasn't concerned about helping us. After nearly 45 minutes and we had started using an outdoor pitch a member of staff did approach us a d he couldn't have been nicer, got the kids free ice creams.. great guy. The rest of the staff need customer service training. The famy who organise did get their money back.

Decent 9 hole course and a great driving range.Too many people not booking onto the course or not rebooking for their second 9 holes can make it overly crowded.Good bunch of people playing in it but sometimes get hackers who won’t let you play through which is frustrating.The green keepers do an amazing job and the staff inside are friendly and helpful.

While I'm not a fan of the Golf course the new improvements to the Driving Range for 2019 are a vast improvement on the previous facilities. Now running a Top Tracer Range software showing ball flight, range, accuracy etc, along with a selection of mini games suitable for groups of up to 4 in each stall. A bucket of 48 balls will cost you £5 (correct as of July 2019). Can be busy during peak times, prepare for a wait to get into the range during these times. Vending machines available, and some snacks. Limited free park. Toilets available. Club rentals available. A very enjoyable experience at a range for any golfer. A little higher price than I'd expect for not an even 50 balls, but minor personal dislikes.

Good facilities, but the dome can be a bit warm in the good weather.
