the team are AS are both super professional and knowledgeable, but more importantly the customer service and desire to help are second to none. I have recently had a bike fit there which has completely changed my biking experience. My ride is now more comfortable but also my power output is now materially higher. Rob spent a considerable amount of time in helping me sort a new saddle and tried a number of different ones over a few weeks. Never even a glint of impatience. Cant speak highly enough of them and recommend them without question.

This is a great place to go and get your bike fixed. Its a nice informal atmosphere, they know what they are doing and will try their best to fix your bike if you are tight on time. They also do some good fitness classes upstairs and have a good shop (although its mainly roadie stuff). So as well as catering for the more elite in the sport they are pretty good at taking care of us more casual sports folk.

Be aware the opening times on google and on their shop window signs are wrong/ a lie (have just updated google hours now to reflect the right times) even though it says it’s open on sundays (and therefore made a special effort to go see them) they are actually CLOSED......Don’t mind if they are closed on a Sunday and they say they are closed but their shop sign says clearly open and thus misleading. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Superb customer service, attention to detail and product knowledge was second to none. Rob and his team are the team to see if you're in the south east and need a new bike/kit/technical support. 5 stars for sure!!

What a fantastic find! This is exactly what every LBS should be.2 very knowledgeable and very friendly guys who offered me some great advice on what I needed and what would suit me rather than what was the most expensive or what was in stock.Good range of products and excellent product knowledge.Can’t recommend them highly enough. Will be my one “and only” stop shop from now on.
