My wife and myself used the Cromer Branch to do our prepaid funerals plans , from the first point of contact by phone to arrange our appointment and throughout the total process Tracie was very kind and caring and together we did the necessary paperwork with total compassion support and understanding from Tracie .I would highly recommend the Cromer branchAnd I’m told you can just call in for a informal chat at any the branch is open.A free carpark is available at the rear of the property if no parking is available at the front in Garden St .

Tracie was fantastic she arranged everything for me including getting the exact plot I wanted for my wife in the cemetery. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The end result of her efforts was that everything went according to plan on the day of the funeral.The journey of the hearse and funeral cars from our house to the church and then, after the service, to the cemetery was conducted under the direction of Tom and again went smoothly. He struck the right balance between solemn respect for the occasion whilst at the same time conversing with us in normal friendly terms. The guys and gals under his direction did their jobs with great professionalism.Overall I cannot praise every body at the Cromer Office enough they all made what was a very stressful time easier to cope with.

What could have been a difficult few weeks resulted in a superb farewell to my Dad aged nearly 99. Tracie the manager was absolutely brilliant and ensured the whole process ran like clockwork. I cannot praise Tracie and the whole team enough at the Cromer branch; for their kindness, consideration, respect and the total thoughfulness that was given to me and my family, at a very difficult time.Tracie had to arrange two funerals for me last year.Two very different circumstances, but both were made so much easier to cope with, by the support given in and out of hours.
