Clean and tidy friendly staff didn't wait long to go on slidesCan get food and drink while in the pool was quite expensive we paid £82 for 3 children 2 adults for 2 and half hours but we'll worth money water was warm and fun for all family little slides for the younger ones.Dont need a quid for lockers the give you wrist bands to lock them

I can't say a lot for the facilities like the pool, slides or play centre as we only used the cafe, so that's what this review is for.The cafe area was really clean and well maintained, with the staff there making sure it stayed this way too!The selection was quite good as well-with some decent gluten free options which was great for my coeliac partner, daughter and niece.The staff themselves were super helpful and made us feel as if nothing was too much trouble!Even when it grew close to closing time (we came back after having lunch earlier in the day) they didn't make us feel awkward or as if we were in the way!So, great facilities, great menu but even better staff!

My grandsons loved it, 1 hour was ample time the staff are very helpful, lifeguards a plenty making it a very relaxing enjoyable time for both spectator and family members whom were in the water, great seated area, with cafe serving hot drinks. In a very clean, safe surroundings

Great place!!! We were on holiday with our 18 month old daughter and we were looking for things to do. As it was out of season so a lot things shut.We found SC2 by Googling and we just expected a bit of an average water park. We were wrong! As we walked in the place looked amazing, all jungle type themed and done to a high standard. Very clean (which is hard to find for kids swimming I think)All floors were non slip which made it very easy for our toddler to walk/run around. Changing rooms were great, they have family cubicles which made it so much easier getting our girl ready and ourselves.The session was great, it was free roam of the small slides, and the pool where all the water play was. The lifeguards were doing a great job, always keeping an eye and there was a few around which is great.100% recommend!!!Staff were friendlyCafe looked amazing

Kids loved it. £30. For 2 x 20 minute sessions.If you don't use them both in one day. You can go back and do the second session, for free if you keep your tag safe.Drinks 2 quid each. Bottle of coke and bottle of water 4 quid. So take your own drinks.

Wasn't sure what to expect from SC2 as the last time I was around this way was years ago when Rhyl sun centre was the pool of choice.SC2 is really good!Came here for a kids party and my eldest was in the pool, playing safely and had a blast. Everywhere was really clean, I was able to sit in a cafe type area where I could see everything that was going on whilst connected to the WiFi doing some work with a Costa and some food.The portion size of the food was quite large and it tasted great. The staff were pleasant and we're always walking around tidying things up and watching what was going on in the pool - felt very safe.There is an outside splash area which wasn't in use, which made sense due to the weather this time of year but we'll almost certainly come back based on this experience.It's clear that they've invested in the centre, bit it's really paid off - very well worth a visit.Couldn't really post pictures of the pool as there were lots of people in it and it didn't feel right but there's loads on Google if you look for them.

Not too big waterpark for smaler kids, deepest pool 0.9 meter. Waterpark have 3 big" slides

Fab waterpark but made better by the absolutely wonderful staff. So helpful and friendly with my children. Especially my son when he hurt himself one member of staff went above and beyond to calm him and make him happy again.

The slides are quite good but limited in number. No wave pool. You pay extra for the outdoor pool. We paid for two and a half hours but we were done in 90 minutes. Nowhere to swim. The soft play looked good so it might be good to combine the two if you have younger kids, albeit pricey. Limited on-site parking. Booked well ahead of time.

Came to do ninja tag. £5 a person off peak tickets. Can't really go wrong with that. Kids enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and it appeared to be clean.
