Whilst I found Cameron to be nice and personable, the organisation and communication at Aspen was abysmal.Originally, I enquired about a 3 bedroom property and was booked in for a viewing, only to drive over 40 minutes to discover it was the wrong property. Not only this but I’d had to rearrange and cancel client meetings that day to make the appointment. I was then assured a video of the correct property would be sent to me to view, which never happened.The following day I’m booked in to see the correct property at 1pm. After arriving, I checked my emails to discover the viewing had been cancelled around 12:20pm. Surely with such short notice you would follow up with a call? Two wasted journeys and nearly 4 hours of my time. Not impressed. 2 stars might even be generous, but at least Cameron was apologetic.

A huge thank you to Cameron M for all your support with getting myself and my partner set up and moved in quickly to our new maisonette! The whole process was exceptionally fast and efficient taking just under a week from viewing to moving in. Cameron was very responsive and pro-active, answering any questions we had. They were very helpful throughout, communication was seamless - no issues. Our estate agent Cameron was very friendly, gave great advice, seemed very in touch with needs and wants of the student demographic and generally made the process as streamlined as possible for us. Despite leaving house hunting much later than recommended, we still managed to get a good house stress free so I'd highly recommend them

This is more of a review of Gavin Streeter than Aspens.Initial contact was with a different agent which was challenging.Gavin was fantastic.Brilliant and often instant communication.He was very clear in his communication to me and very patient in answering my many questions.He attained my asking price and kept me informed throughout the whole process.Aspens is a well known and respected Agent in this area and I can't recommend Gavin Streeter enough.Many thanks Gavin

Cameron Mackenzie was in charge of introducing the property to us, he was quick and efficient with setting up the viewing and on top of giving reminders about the it. He was very knowledgeable about the property and made the experience very quick and easy. Cameron has been very approachable and easy to talk to, whether it was by phone or email. Overall we’re very satisfied with all of Cameron’s work throughout the journey of us letting the property!
