Can't praise Thomas Lardner enough!I have rented two properties through Thomas Lardner and both times they have been extremely helpful. I had to move unexpectedly from the first property I rented through them and they were really helpful in finding me something else. David and the team are all very friendly and helpful. The very few issues I had with the property were always addressed quickly and efficiently.Would recommend to anyone renting, buying or selling.

We have used Thomas Lardner as a letting agent for the last 6 years and they have recently sold our flat. At all times they have been helpful, efficient and completely professional. Communication has been a pleasure, and tenancy issues dealt with quickly and economically - even when the boiler played up on Christmas Eve they got it sorted for our tenant. Compared to other local agents that we used previously, they have been an example of best practice and their model is exactly how it should be in this sector. As both a landlord and a vendor we cant recommend them highly enough.

Emma prepared an impressive portfolio for our house resulting in a quick sale which was handled by a dedicated sales advisor (Sarah) who kept informed throughout the process with regular weekly updates, chasing up others and digging for information when necessary.I’d have no hesitation in recommending Thomas Lardner or using them again.

We have had nothing but a positive experience from Thomas Lardner. Since first viewing a property with them, to signing up, and throughout our tenancy, they have gone out of their way to make things as easy as possible for everyone involved and to provide a high level of service. They are professionals, and we have experienced none of the difficulties that we came across with one of Stockports larger letting agents that we dealt with for a number of years. I would recommend them to anyone.
