Excellent service

I am disgusted with beavers my partner has been hit twice in the face with a kitchen cupboard shelf that's not attached to any thing the kitchen is falling apart the doors are hanging of we have reported it the landlord said he want put a new one in we can't flush the toilet it's absolutely disgusting it's broke it looks like it's a 100 years old the electrics play up in the whole house we have damp we are taking this as far as we can we have contacted peiole that can hel would love the landlord to pop round and see me but these people or scared to meet the tenants

I would give 0 stars it I could my sister applied for a house which was 200 to move into then they decided to put it up to 700 because it was painted and had cheap nasty carpets put in the house so I only questioned why that's was they then phoned my sister saying she couldn't have the house because I was screaming and shouting I never once rasied my voice she just couldn't give me an answer to my question I would avoid at all cost it's absolutely disgusting!!!

Absolutely terrible company to deal with.Booked in for a viewing to then be told it wasn't in the diary.. Then called a liar even though I had it all written down. Told they can't do evening viewings because they 'don't get paid for it' (so how is anyone working full time supposed to view a property).Then told the current tenants were in until the middle of july although the listing says it's available at the end of June.I've not heard good things about this company in the past but I liked the property so thought I'd give it a try...I do not recommend.

I thought I would be able to manage my properties by myself. How wrong I was. I had no idea it would be so difficult, time consuming and stressful. I tried other management companies but was very disappointed with their service. Thankfully Bevers Property Management was recommended to me by another landlord and I couldn't wish for a better company to manage my properties. They are honest, reliable, conscientious and completely trustworthy and have always done their best for me and my tenants. They have managed my properties for 9 years during which time I have been able to go on holidays knowing that Bevers are handling everything without bothering me. As a landlord I have no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation.

Great communication and knowledgeable. Seem happy to interact and are engaging. Processes are clear as well as pricing. Service exceptional. No problem at all, which is unusual in the day and age. Thanks Bevers

Has good rental property

Have been with them for sometime now. Seems I only hear from them when I threatened to get the local authority involved with the poor state of the property.I am in talks with the local authority. They haven't started proceedings yet.The picture is of a issue we had half a year ago. The plumber. Claims its fine. Yet it has grown.Updated. October 2021Here are just a few pictures taken over my time at the property. Management team was informed multiple times. Yet it took the council housing team to step in to encourage/force them and the landlord to act. Even after they only did the bare minimum and even tries to have it signed off with the council.Update. 21st October.We are moving next month . And the property is already being advertised at full price using older pics. 45 Lister Street. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE

I don't normally leave reviews and I appreciate people need to be given second chances. The experience we had with this agent was not one of the best. Management fees they charge is only for rent collection but don't expect they will pick any issues relating to upkeep of your property. The tenant has left the property with a huge repair costs which could have been avoided if the agent made reasonable visits to the property.
