Bathrooms By Design

Excellent service and design!

Used this company nearly two years ago, the ideas for the bathroom and wc were good. The fitting went well although something got damaged but was replaced no problem. My main complaint was that I went for some tiles for floor and wall in wc from them and they turned out to be awful, not in colour but they are anti slip and virtually impossible to clean. I contacted the company and they suggested some cleaning products but these were not that successful, luckily the room is quite dark usually, so marks are not that noticeable, but no one from the company or manufacturer bothered to come and have a look, I hope they don't sell these tiles to anyone else.

Excellent service and great value for money. Arlene was fantastic in working with us to realise our vision for our bathrooms. She is very hands on and we are delighted with the end result. Simon and his team who fitted the bathrooms were equally excellent. They worked incredibly hard and the quality of the finish is first class, and with minimal mess!!

Lovely experience at bathrooms by design. Loved the relaxing atmosphere and the team couldn't have been more helpful. The scottish owner Arlene was a breathe of fresh air with fantastic taste and helpful ideas for our 2 bathrooms and powder room. Would highly recommend!

After seeing friends and neighbours Bathrooms by Design bathrooms we visited the showroom. Paul took us under his wing and designed the main bathroom, cloakroom and ensuite. Nothing was too much trouble and the instillation was superb.Final product exceeded expectation. If we move and need bathrooms Paul would be first person we’d ring! Highly recommend

Superb service!. From conception when Arlene created the design using her skill and experience to delivery...absolutely first class. The new spa like shower room is spacious, warm, and perfectly uses all available space. We are thrilled with both the design and super quality of the fixtures. Wonderful thank you. A lovely experience from start to finish. Quality products delivered with a smile and perfectly project managed from start to finish.
