My delivery window has passed... waited all day in to receive my parcel.. and still waiting.. we have other things to do, we can't wait all day in for a delivery. You can't make your own deliveries on time , but still take more from Evri and Amazon.. it's plain stupid and disrespectful to your customers.

Said that they were delivering my parcel today between 10:30 - 14:30, been waiting all day especially for it. Then just got a message saying delivery address inaccessible - unbelievable!

Ages waiting in a queue due to only 1 or 2 staff working, when you go to the machines and the machine ask for assistant they take ages to come over. Doesn't have any forms available. It look the staff are working under pressure. More staff needed I think.

Absolutely useless. The collection office isn't open long enough fo you to get there. Also when delivering they automatically try to redeliver, I'm never home so this a absolutely pointless. If you use the online instructions to leave it in a safe place they simply don't read them and you get Ter another card saying they have attempted delivery but you weren't in! Absolutely disgusting, I will no longer be using companies who delivery with RM. They are worse than Hermes used to be !

Update online program please.It shows that you open till 7pm but at 6pm the Royal Mail is closed.

A birthday card was posted 1st class Wednesday by my mum in law. And it's not turned up and today is my husbands birthday. I'm not happy with with your service at all, multiple deliveries have been lost. You refuse to answer the phone. May aswell shut your office down if you refuse to do the job your paid highly for

Shocking. Paid for premium delivery and never got parcel. Bunch of disorganised liars. They shouldn't be working in customer service industry as they don't give a toss.I need to keep in mind next time when buying something online. If delivery comes up with royal mail delivery only, you simply not buy the item. Royal Shame
