Slightly off-hand staff (not particularly welcoming) but reasonably efficient. I booked a slot for my work to be done, but still had to wait about an hour (for wheel balancing and tracking). The work was clearly done properly, however - my vehicle now drives well.

Quick and easy appointment booking on website. Costs and what was included in full service and MOT were clear. Quick and easy drop off in the morning. Communication during the day was good, advising outcome of MOT and any additionals that were needed with extra costs explained, and some options of different brands offered. This is the 3rd year we have been back as always received good and consistent service in the past. Thank you!

I had a problem with my car as I left work, very accommodating looking at it while busy . Thought the problem was the exhaust which they replaced the following day. Still had noise afterwards which turned out to be the shock absorber . They kept my car for another day which wasn’t a problem.Overall fantastic service with great communication, informative, honest and sense of humour. These guys are so much better than the site 4 miles away. Thanks from the WR biscuits buyer
