Fantastic customer service from Dan, who recommend correct paddleboard package for my needs. Brilliant paddleboard and so much fun.

I got into stand up paddle boarding three years ago and shortly after bought my first iSUP following weeks of researching options on-line. I took the gamble of not going with a ‘premium brand’ and eventually went for a Hatha Oxygen after much discussion with the owner of Hatha, Dan Sulsh. I wasn’t disappointed and have had so much fun on the Oxygen over the last few years! Indeed, lots of others have also had fun on the Oxygen. This isn’t a review of the Oxygen though; it’s a review of the customer service and support that you get from Hatha and from Dan. Before going any further I must make it clear that I am in no way connected with Hatha and am nothing more than a seriously impressed customer.Being a very keen outdoor enthusiast, who has tried most activities, I have had many dealings with retailers and suppliers over the years and I can categorically say that I have NEVER experienced better and more impartial advice, support and service as I have from Hatha. When you contact Hatha you are not just in touch with some faceless person from a customer service dept. you are in touch with the owner Dan. What Dan doesn't know about paddle boards and paddle boarding isn't worth knowing.In all my dealings with Hatha Dan has always responded immediately to my emails, provided great advice and is a genuinely honest person who is not just out to take your money at whatever cost. I am so blown away by how responsive and generous Dan is. As a result, I have gone on to buy various items of clothing (I love the foldable ripstop cap), the Hatha Pro Carbon paddle, which is fantastic to use and really improves your paddling efficiency and experience, and most recently the amazing new ORB iSUP. I will review the ORB separately. If you’re after an iSUP I would seriously forget the ‘premium brands’ and go with Hatha in total confidence that the boards are premium quality, you will receive honest advice and the very best customer support possible. You will be dealing with the owner who simply wants you to be happy on the water on his boards. These are things that you’re unlikely to get with the ‘premium brands’ and the Hatha boards are absolutely in the same league and considerably better value. Go Hatha, go have fun.

Hatha oxygen carve - Great board, tracking is good, quality is exceptional, good stability, don't think there is better in the price range.

Great customer service from Dan at Hatha today. After 3 trips out, with the fibreglass paddle that came with my new board, (which I love by the way) i discovered a crack in the shaft of the handle section. I called Hatha who asked that I send photos of the part by email and they would respond within the hour. True to their word they replied in under an hour, resulting in a new paddle being sent out to me to replace the faulty one. Based on the service i have received since purchasing my SUP from them i would have no hesitation in recommending Hatha Paddleboards and will be going back to them for a touring board at some point. Thanks to Dan for sorting this out.

This is my second paddleboard after trying out one of the “cheaper” brand boards… and there is just no comparison. The Hatha board wins hand down for quality, ease, stability and they are also beautiful!I cannot recommend enough! Am always recommending to friends and even onlookers. Some might even say I’m nagging people to buy them to come out with me!

Dan was so helpful, didn’t try to upsell and was so patient. And I love my board! Took her out this morning and it’s perfect. Absolutely no complaints at all. Sturdy on the river, easy to turn, glides well. And it’s so pretty to look at in chataranga!

I bought one Hatha paddleboard in June 2020, a fin in October 2020 and then, in 2022 looking for another paddleboard was immediately drawn back to Hatha. Not only do i think the kit is fantastic but the support and advice from Dan at Hatha is exceptional.

I have been paddleboarding for a few years now and have 2 boards by another brand. I was in the market for a 3rd and a random search last Thursday popped up the Hatha brand which I had not heard of before. Reading other's reviews on google and how Dan and his team were helpful, I decided to put it to the test.So a useful phone call with Dan on Friday and discussing the finer points of the Hatha board over my existing ones led to me making a purchase and the Hatha Carve arrived this lunchtime.Unboxing was a delight as the apparent quality is evident as soon as you rip open the box. Unrolling and pumping up reveals just how great the Oxygen Carve looks in the flesh with the wood effect design. Can't wait to get this out on the water this week.If you are in the market for a board, be it a first or additional, then give Hatha a try. You will not be disappointed. Both of my other boards were each nearly £150 more expensive, but I would say that the Hatha is equal in quality from what I have had delivered.

These guys are never a let down, ordered a paddle board which arrived in good time. Had an issue with a t-shirt that turned out not to be in stock and this issue was resolved effortlessly and a replacement one sent out. Both paddle board and t-shirt are of excellent quality. Thanks guys
