I have been living in an apartment under their agency and they are always very quick to respond to any concerns or queries that we may have. They were very patient and helpful when we were first signing the contract for the lease. As such I recommend this agency for anyone looking for a apartment to Rent

This review is not to impress someone or mislead to others. I am with Property Link say more than 17 years and there were times when I could not do without the much needed help from Barry C, Sophie Maxwell, Lisa Compton and Sarah. As a land lord sometimes you get frustrated when things do no go right But they are very caring, professional and very efficient People they listen, understand and resolve.They understand the landlords limits and tenants needs and they do their best to deal with the situation. They are only a phone call away when you need them. They come out with brilliant solutions in complex situations.I was so satisfied with the services I even introduced my son in law now they are also managing a property for him.I am retired now and may invest in property in future but not without Property Link.Property Link is a solid link between Landlords and Tenants .There are hundreds of Property Management people out there who wants your business but very few are genuine and caring.Landlords my advice is if you are thinking of managing your property think about Property Link. Absolutely fantastic estate agents. There is always a friendly and helpful member of staff to answer the phone and we've been extremely pleased with the high quality of service they provide. We moved into our rental property last week and had made them aware of a few minor repairs, they quickly sent someone round to fix things the next day, and made solid plans to have all our minor issues sorted in the next week. Cannot recommend enough.

As a landlord, my experience with property link has generally been very positive. Contrary to some of the comments ,they are quite rightly very particular in relation to the state of their properties and ensure any repairs or problems are addressed promptly. The staff are generally very much on top of things.The service is professional yet with a human touch. Sarah,Sophie and Jamie are very easy to work with.

I have been viewing houses with Property Link over the past month and have to say it is one of the best services I've been with. Kathleen has brought me around many houses, answering all my questions about the places. They have kept in constant contact with me and made submitting an application as a student remarkably easy and even helped me through the process when I was unsure about somethings.One of the best Estate Agencies and Estate Agent I have had the pleasure of looking for houses with and highly recommend using.

I've not had a better experience with letting agents in terms of getting fixes/ repairs done upon moving into the flat. Lisa did a great job of sorting the place out and negotiating with the landlord. I haven't had any other letting agent do that for us. Thanks!

I've rented in two different properties with this company over the past 4-5 years. 4 months into living at one address on a 12 month contract we were asked to decide within the week whether or not we'd sign for another 12 months. When we asked for additional time to consider they retorted that if we did not respond by then end of that week they'd begin to arrange viewings in the property. After having lived at that address for nearly 2 years, we decided to end our contract a few months early as we'd found somewhere else to live, not managed by propertylink. We paid the 'readvertising' fee as stated in our contract, however no advertising of the property was created until we asked about it a few times. An acquaintance had reached out saying they'd like to view the house and possibly take on the contract from us, when I passed their contact details on to propertylink, I received several emails badgering me for the 'readvertising fee', despite having already paid it. When I asked what the fee was used for I was met with hostility. I then posted a review here about this experience. I shortly received an email from Jamie informing me that despite paying the fee, they were doing us a favour" by letting us out of our tenancy early and that they had no obligation to do so and no obligation to return said fee. Coercion isn't a good look. Our deposit was held with TDS which emailed myself after a few weeks to say they had no response from propertylink and if I could try contact them. When I did I was met with "but we're moving the office

Jamie in Property Link NI managed the sale of our house in East Belfast. From assessing the property value, advertising and arranging for viewings. The sale went through in record time. Communication was excellent, reducing the usual delays associated with conveyancing. Genuinely extremely satisfied and will definitely use them again.
