Ordered earings on 18th of December paid for express delivery and still we are in January and the parcel never arrived. The tracking number has been changed by delivery driver . No earnings no money refunded....wouldn't recommend

We had an amazing experience here yesterday, when my 8 year old daughter and her friend got their ears pierced. I was more nervous than them! The staff were so friendly, professional and expert, talked the girls calmly through each step and made them so comfortable and happy. The piercing itself was perfect, totally hygienic and accurate, using top grade equipment and gold studs. The lovely man who did the piercing (annoyed I didn't get his name) was so kind and lovely, gave us all the time we needed. Very happy customers over here! I'd thoroughly recommend Sophia's particularly for ear piercing for kids.
