Can't speak highly enough of the young lady who served me today. Nothing was too much trouble. Even did things that weren't asked of her. Would i use this shop in the future? Absolutely. It's nice to actually chat to a real person rather than press buttons on a keypadKeep up the good work!

What a bad experience yet again. Went in on Friday set up a new contract account phone wasn't in stock so came back Tuesday to pick up . Had my data transferred from old vodafone phone to new phone. I was assured it would take 24 hours for my number to be transferred to new phone. After 4 phone calls and talking to 6 members of staff my number still isn't transferred its now 4 days I have been waiting. Its the second time this has happened to me. So not happy at all . Maybe I should of just changed networks. Never again

First class service throughout my upgrade . Staff all keen to be helpful, and have certainly made my life much easier. Special thanks to Stephen. Yes, they were sightly more expensive , but I'm happy to stay with Voda. We'll done all.

Amazing staff. Went in and Callum greeted us. Was happy to help and pointed us to a possible shop to help with our needs. We ended up coming back for a charger and his lovely colleague(whos name I didn't catch unfortunately, but she was friendly and helpful) help identify another part we needed. We'd definitely go back

Spent over half hour sorting two voki accounts out. Wasnt there.fault but fixed it. Shop 5 star but eb site needs a lot of work..Really unhelpful on website
