It was a really bad experience for me and for my 9 months old daughter. I had her ear pierced few months back and both ears got infected and they have to keep her in hospital.I am not sure how they did it but she had to literally shake her gun to pull out from her ears as if it got stucked. They said we can changed her stud after 3 weeks but her ears were not getting better at all. They said not to take the studs out even if it gets infected but doctor told me to take if off right away. Such a bad decision to take her there.

Had my 3rd piercing done here, considering the young girl was on her own she saw to me very quickly, friendly, thorough, excellent cleanlyness. would definatly use again. Thankyou

I highly recommend this store, the staff who helped us today was so lovely and helpful, thank you Sarah for the perfect ear piercing you did for my daughter, she really enjoyed today and it’s a memory she won’t ever forget. The staff are superb!!! Hope see you again x

Shop is well placed and products are also suitably placed and quickly found if your looking for a certain product. They do push their current promotion but not so much you feel pressured. I found the product sizing slightly off. Please take ur child to try items before buying.

Manager has a big problem, customer service disgusting. Treated my daughter like a thief even though I was buying her things for her prom. There is no signs in the window stating that if anything should break that you have to pay for it. But forced my daughter to do so, lucky for her she has money other wise what would the manager do then? This should be a complaint. Absolutely disgusted.

Sold me fake gold diamond studs do not buy from this store or any Claire's stores for the matter found the same ones on eBay for £6 pound scammers

My 5 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced after shopping about we decided to go with Claire’s and I’m so glad we did.We was greeted by Kelly and sally the pair of them couldn’t do enough for us. Kelly was great with our daughter and explained everything to her and us.Both ladies did and ear each so that both ears were done at the same time this made things soooo much easier for us as I was worried after one ear being done she may not want the second done.In all it was a rather pleasant experienceVery hygienic and could see all guidelines was being followed.Well done ladies great customer service.
