Hannah and Jonathan are lovely people and I definitely did feel some benefit from my appointments.However appointments last 5 minutes at most, feels rushed and robotic - definitely agree with previous reviewers who stated there was no patient-specific treatment beyond the first consultation. The prices are extortionate for the service you receive.Also opening times are pretty restrictive so if you are in full time work you may struggle to book regular appointments

I've been delighted with my treatment for trapped nerve in my back. I've had several appointments to resolve my issue and now just require maintenance. I had total confidence in Dr Jonathan O'Malley from my first assessment. Vitality offer a friendly, professional and efficient clinic, great service.

From the moment I contacted Vitality Chiropractic the service has been friendly, informative and professional.Carrie on reception is lovely, she welcomes you with a smile and always has a little chat. Jonathan is very welcoming and talks confidently about his ability and profession, which puts you at ease.I was a little cautious about seeing a chiropractor, however I had two recommendations to see Jonathan (one from a friend and one from my gym trainer) and he not only put my mind at rest, but exceeded my expectations of what was possible with my back problem (as a bonus the treatment has also helped a nerve problem I had in my neck/shoulder)The difference after only a few months is amazing. I only wish I’d gone sooner. My level of pain has massively decreased whilst my mobility and flexibility has increased.Whilst the service may seem expensive initially, can you really put a price on your health and happiness.As a few others have mentioned the appointments don’t take a long time, perfect for fitting into busy schedules. And the new massage chairs prior to the session are a great addition.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend vitality Chiropractic to anyone. The service is second to none and the results speak for themselves.

My husband and I have been going to Vitality for years. I get back and neck pain which turns into jaw tension and migraines, which stems from my my photography work and sitting editing at the computer for many hours a day, my husband has always suffered back pain too. Jonny is like a miracle worker. Sometimes I may not go for a while and the pain comes back and it can be really bad, and always after a couple of sessions the relief is just incredible. I also went to see him with severe hip pain while pregnant, I saw him every week and its the only thing that stopped me from crying every day. He is excellent and his massage chairs are fantastic too. He really is a life saver. If I could give him more stars I would.

Utmost professionalism, knowledge and treatment given. After suffering from a herniated disc and several failed attempts of any sort of treatment - Dr. Jonathan O Malley has not only pin pointed the issue but over the course of just two treatments has transformed severe pain (unable to get out of a chair) to walking and running. I've suffered from upper back pain for over 10 years and have gone to multiple chiropractors who have been excellent at helping me manage a chronic condition. Was very disappointed with the treatment here. I was put in a massage chair to wait for the practitioner to be ready for me, sometimes waiting in excess of 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. There is very little consultation, and as I told the practitioner about specific areas of pain and advised what previous chiropractors have done that helped, this was completely disregarded. He performed the same adjustments week after week - and I went in with different areas in pain and left feeling just as stiff and uncomfortable in my neck, shoulders and upper back. At the end of the session, I raised this as an issue and was just told to book again next week without any attempt to help me.Will not be returning and don't recommend.

Saw yesterday for an emergency appointment after the dogs pulled my back/neck out walking them and I was in agony. The lady on reception was so lovely and managed to get me in that same day. Dr Jonathan O'Malley got straight to it and my back/ neck feels SO much better today. Pain has went from a 8 to a 1/2. So grateful!

Been attending for quite a while now and has very much helped with my back and neck problems. Always get a friendly and helpful welcome and Jonathan is direct, positive and professional. No problem in recommending them highly. Appointments after initial consultation are quick and efficient. I think people need regular and quick adjustments rather than long drawn out appointments. I think this is what some of the negative reviews on Google are perhaps failing to understand. Highly recommend by me that’s for sure.

Not for the first time Dr Jonathan totally fixed me, two weeks of awful neck pain, arm pain all sorted by a guy who knows his job. Thanks guys.

Very unimpressed, booked half hour appointment for £50 and received 3mins on the bed, really didn't feel confident. I've been to a chiropractor approx 10years ago and had a much better experience, I felt very let down and certainly won't be going back to soon. What a shame
