Very disappointing experience with sub-par support. I bought three Mu-so Qb units (v1) to have a connected network with quality sound throughout my house. I believed I was buying from a premier company that would ensure long term support for their product. Initially the units worked well, but became largely non-functional, both individually and as a network, over time. Naim stopped supporting these units when the v2 model came out (e.g. no more firmware updates) and technical support has been slow to respond and completely unhelpful; customer support has been completely unresponsive. To avoid having three expensive bricks, I've added WiiM Mini streamers as an input to the Qb units and I again have reliable streaming and whole home synchronized playback (with higher quality streaming and better music service app integration than the Naim proprietary system). I would advise people to buy the powered speaker(s) (or amp and speakers) of their choice and add an established streamer (WiiM, Bluesound, etc.) to avoid getting stuck with obsolete Naim products when they stop supporting them.
