Took a pair of Shoes to be reheeled, took 24 hours, gentleman serving was not very friendly to me, when I collected my shoes the following day, heels ok, just handed shoes to me, no bag. Guess less rubbish to recycle. We try different one in future maybe more friendly and glad of my custom.

Keys ordered and cut twice, wrong both times. Staff member adjusted them and they worked great.

Cut keys incorrectly. Replaced with no hassle but they new ones don't work either. I'll have to go back again.

We had a passport photo taken of our toddler here. The man who served us was very helpful and personable and managed to get a great photo!
