This is the second time Bob has come to our extermination rescue. First this summer, Bob came on a weekend to assist me with the removal of a dead pigeon from the garden. And now for a rat infestation in an unfinished room with an exposed pipe. Within two days of Bob's visit the bait and traps did the job. We feel confident now that with Bob's services and tips that the situation is resolved and we know he's only a phone call away if the problem resumes! Bob recently came to the flat as I had signs of mice in the kitchen. He checked everywhere throughly, blocked up any holes and put down traps (which he came and checked a week or so later). I’ve not had any problems since and I was really impressed at how quick the call out was, great communication throughout and very calm and comforting to someone like me who has a bit of a phobia. I highly recommend!

Bob has been absolutely brilliant helping us with a rodent problem. He attended three times and has totally eradicated the rats we were struggling with. He was so responsive and helpful, coming out quickly when we needed him. A total life saver, I can highly recommended his services!
