Love it here. Great for dog walking. The scenery is fantastic, especially at sunrise.

Love this place best place to walk around with the dog so close to Salisbury. Just the other side of downton, plenty of places to park. Great short or long walks around the area. Shame there is not a toilet there otherwise it's perfect.If never been there I would definitely recommend going I think it's beautiful and I challenge anyone who thinks different

My favourite place for a walk or if nice weather to sit and relax with a picnic. Plenty of different walk's especially if you have a dog. Also in the area plenty of pub's to be found for a meal and a drink and soak up the beautiful New Forest.

Extremely foggy so hard to say what the views are like! Fair size car park. Seemed very popular with dog walkers. Lots of forestry work happening not the most tranquil of places.

Ample parking and miles of walks to loose yourself on. Myself and my dog frequently walk this area and love it. Even if the car park is busy you don't have to walk far to be on your own.

Just one of many, many car parking spots in the beautiful New Forest.. this one is quite large and in an exposed part of the forest but with some lovely glades for a picnic and plenty of the wild animals we love to admire.. it’s facility free but the advantage of this is that it’s not overcrowded.

It's a really lovely place to walk however... There is so much dog poo on the floor! It doesn't help that there aren't any bins, but still.It only seems to be at the start (by the car parks) where the most dog poo is, and then it is mostly fine.

Great car park to get out walk, explore the area and see all the ponies. Good views out over the hills.Gravel road in with a few potholes and plenty of spaces spread out.There is no charge for parking

Decimated waste land. The deforstry commission have turned it into a log mill.
