Incredibly rude staff. Refused to take my collect+ parcel and made up an awful excuse about not having a shelf to put it on. I could clearly see parcels on the floor and they tried to say mine was different as it was a return. Two of them behind the counter and one of them was smirking the entire way through the conversation. Utterly lazy. Looking through your reviews this seems to be a common theme...

Need to change openings times states it’s open to 23:59 always closed at 23:20 you ask to come in your told sorry your too late as they laugh in your face absolute joke of a place no wonder no body goes there anymore 100% disrespectful staff

Rude staff. Costa cafe inside the garage is meant to be open until 8pm, I asked why it wasn't open to which the staff member advised its 8 o'clock on till, I stated that it was in fact 7.45pm, showed him the time on my phone yet he kept repeating that it is open till 8pm. I politely requested that the staff made me a coffee but AGAIN I was advised that till says 8 o'clock". I asked for a receipt for my fuel purchase and guess what...the time was 7.47pm on the till receipt. I can't stand people lying to me and the cafe had obviously been closed well beforehand. If it is meant to be open until then

Absolutely ridiculous prices! Avoid this petrol station at all costs, there's an ASDA and a Morissons not far away that have much better prices. As the cost of wholesale has been dropping Shell have continued to increase prices. Disgraceful behaviour, but not surprising.

Absolute Rip off. Instead of reducing the cost of Diesel by 5p per litre as announced in the budget, they have increased their prices two days running by 7p per litre so that's 12p per litre more than it should be - Disgraceful

Rude and unhelpful staff. Went in to drop off a collect plus parcel. Even though I was first in the queue the cashier wouldn't serve me until the customer behind me had paid for his fuel. Barcode then wouldn't scan, I asked the cashier to input the code and he said he didn't have time even though there were no other customers. He said he was on his own and that he needed to eat some food and that they don't make a very big margin on collect plus, so it wasn't worth his time to put the code in.Previously bought some screenwash here which cost £8 which is a complete rip-off.Will not be visiting this store again.

Shell, seriously?I used to be loyal customer but owner atm is too greedy. They didn't have any LPG for ages and now their price is 90p/L.It's better drive to Chieveley where LPG is 74p.Usually in my tank I can have 42L which gives me £6,72 of saving with one tank. Shell good bye!
