I went to this clinic on recommendation and was very thankful that I did. I had severe lower back pain, which radiated down my leg. It was difficult to go about my day-to-day routine and it began to interfere with basic things such as getting up/ out of bed.Hash was able to diagnose the pain and most importantly help guide me to manage my injury. Unlike other people I had previously seen, he gave me the tools to help me help myself. After he took the time to listen and understand my problem, he discussed all the management options (which I didn’t even know were possible!). I have followed his advice and completed treatment and can say there has been massive improvement.I highly recommend seeing Hash for a thorough assessment if needed. I was nervous about treatment but he was approachable, thoughtful and clearly a passionate specialist. Thank you to the whole team!!!

Wow what an experience! I couldn't thank Hasim enough not only was he very professional and competent in his job he was very friendly and approachable. Initially I was a little nervous as I was highly recommended by a friend to see him for my lower back pain, he assessed and diagnosed my issue reassured me that it'll heal aslong as I start the road to recovery. I've taken his advise on and feel alot better already. For those who in my position now don't hesitate and book with Hashim! Thank you very much Human Performance Centre.

Not just a standard massage. I highly recommend Harris. Second time I have come back, after doing such a great job the first time. He really worked on deep knots that have been causing me problems & relieved a lot of tension. I will surely be going again!

I had a thorough initial assessment. I suffered a rotator cuff muscle injury. After identifying the exact muscle out of the group of muscles, Hasham proceeding identifying the extent of muscle function. Before showing me core exercises. Creating a plan for me to continue with home exercises that I can access online at my convenience!Highly recommended my first Physio visit ever, hopefully my last. After a road traffic accident, I was put in touch with Jordan at Human Performance centre. I was given yoga type exercises to do and they really helped my shoulder injury. As I approach sixty the underlying neck and lower back injuries have returned to my normal pain levels. The service is much appreciated and the exercises are stored to use in the future. Thank you.

I've had an amazing service from this physio team! They were friendly and professional. I was dealing with a lower back injury for quite some time. Harris is very knowledgeable and helped me to understand the issues and how to overcome them. I would recommend Harris and the physio team to anyone with any injuries they have.
