I have made a mistake and ordered the wrong parts. When I emailed about the issue, they got back to me in an hour. J&R has sent out the right products, sorted the return with no extra cost.Excellent customer service.Compared to any other companies their pricing is unbeatable.Quality products with warranty.I can only recommend them.Highly satisfied.

I could not find a drive shaft that would last in my Mercedes A class even the most expensive up to £600. I got fed up with this so I tried a less costly drive shaft from J&R and what do you Know they are brilliant the delivery was excellent at a very good price the car still runs without fault due to J&Rs upgrade .Thank J&R for an excellent service I would certainly recommend you to anyone.

To all the people who purchase anything from J&R is a complete was of time and money. I had two drive shafts and they didn't do 40 mile and the bearing snapped. Cost you double. Why not just get the original product. They were brand new and they wouldn't take it back and just swapped one drive shaft with i got the original one's. . Standing traders will be in contact with them . As they sell you faulty goods. Will never go back to J&R. complete waste of your time

I gave them my reg and they said the part I should order. The part arrived and the mechanic tried to fit it but would not fit around the seal. I rang them, they just insisted it was the right part. Reading some of the other reviews were they have damaged their vehicles fitting parts glad we sent back.But it gets worse after returning. I sent the item guaranteed delivery which cost £13.00 but I thought at least I know they have it. Wrong!!! Several emails later still waiting on £84.00 refund.I’ve never had such hassle before. You can’t talk to anyone you have to fill out forms and you’re lucky to get a reply.Such a pain trying to sort this out and hold down a full time job. Looks like I will have to make a claim through PayPal.

Purchased a drive shaft from these. Paid to have it fitted. All was well for a few weeks then I get clunk, clunk, clunk. Off to the garage for inspection I find the cv had spat all the oil out. Item clearly faulty as I'd only done 400 miles on that shaft. Item apparently comes with 2years warranty. So I contacted them, they asked me for my order number and a photo of the shaft weather that be on or off the car to confirm its actually their shaft. Fair enough so I sent the info they requested. Their reply is take the shaft off send it back and then we will send you a new one. 3days + turnaround..... All well and good if I didn't need my car daily. I asked if they could send a new one out and then Il send the old one once iv replaced so I'm not left with no car. Nope apparently not no refund can be done either apparently. Very helpful NOT. SHAFTS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS PRIOR TO PURCHASE!!!

It's not often I take the time to write a review but in this case I feel I must. I have a 2017 Transit connect requiring a O/S driveshaft, not many companies supply these and Ford know this and that's why they are charging over £800.Anyway J&R claimed to have the correct drive shaft in stock for £82 so it was kind of a no brainer.By simply providing my registration the online form located the correct driveshaft and to be fair it was delivered within a few days... All good.Booked the van into the garage, mechanic removed the Ford drive shaft and laid it on the floor next to the J&R one, straight away we could see that the gearbox end spline was bigger than the Ford one - it was never going to fit, so the mechanic replaced the Ford shaft and I paid him for his labour.We managed to take photos of the part number on the original Ford driveshaft and after sending J&R the part number info, it turns out they never had the correct drive shaft in the first place.So then i had to return the driveshaft for a refund... DPD collected it and delivered it back to J&R on the 21st July - today is the 2nd of August and I have only just received my refund.So now I am £140 down as I had to pay the mechanic and after several emails that were totally ignored by J&R I had to make a direct email to someone dealing with refunds.Money and time wasted dealing with these people, like a fool I should have read through all the negative reviews and made other arrangements but I guess I had to see for myself if the reviews were genuine.If you have a problem don't bother calling their number, you will only talk to someone in sales who will not be in a position to help you at all.Don't use this company

Today I receive a email from your customer service and for refund I must send it back your faulty shaft for refund - okay but why I must cover postage cost? It's my second faulty shaft - do you realise cost of labour for this job? Twice - two your shafts, you don't care about labour costs, it's a min £100 every time, I lost £300 and you still want me to pay for postage??? If not I'm not receive £92.99??? Hopefully someone read this review and not gonna be on this situation. People you just lost £300 - £400 if you buy from them. Be careful.

Twice I've needed drive line gear. One for a common car and another for a Japanese import. Both times they had the item on the shelf to be collected an hour later.Friendly staff on the collection point.Only business suggestion i could give is to help with other reviews. Put dimensions for every product or a dimensional drawing. To help customers confirm their parts before ordering.

Brilliant service.This company has varying Google reviews but outstanding eBay feedback.Had a Toyota Corrola that everyone INCLUDING TOYOTA said needed a 635mm shaft. After fitting two locally supplied shafts which pulled out and destroyed their inners within 100mtrs I started to research. The German sites listed a longer shaft of 662mm shaft but I needed some proof and help.I then found this company. Initially Lee agreed with all others, 635mm but after some persuasion and sending of detailed pictures (my original shaft had snapped so difficult to measure accurately) Lee identified this as Euro import car with a 652mm shaft. Within 24hrs I had the correct part and it is on the car. It also came with a decent OE type nut, not a cheapo one like local supplied.This shaft cost half the price of Euro and GSF. Take your shaft off and measure it compressed, if its short it will pull out somewhere and cause havoc, if its too long and you compress it you will wreck CV in no time. Good company, a wealth of knowlege, highly recommended!
