Avoid this place is you can!Had a VW Bora (115pd) in for head gasket work. Took over 2 weeks to sort out. When replaced the car lacked in performance and never started.I told them to check timing if it was out. They did. Still didn't start.Took it to a different place and guess what, it was the timing.Had a rare vauxhall Bertone turbo which came with a warranty. Rear brakes grinding. Told them to look at it. No problems. But took it back 3 times telling them there is a problem. They still said nothing was wrong.Taken it to another place and I had 2 ceased rear calipers. Cheers for that guys. Now was out of warranty I had to pay for this.Wife's car had a clutch done here. Faulty release bearing was fitted. So had this replaced with no problems.Wife's car had timing belt replaced. Faulty timing belt and tensioner.This garage must use the cheapest parts available!After my experience with my motors, stay well away. They really use bananas for spanners! My friend also had problems with this place and took it to another place which he is now happy with.

I have taken my car here for a number of years and have always been happy with the service. After a service, my car runs better and I feel it is money well spent. They do not rip you off and can always fit me in. I know nothing about cars and they do not take advantage of that.

I've been taking my Polo here for years, and prior to that my Yaris for regular servicing and MOT's. It's not my nearest garage but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Always extremely helpful & obliging. Thanks Richard.

I have had my vehicles serviced, MOT tested and repaired here for a number of years. The service is always courteous and they explain repair options clearly. For example, if they find/identify a fault they give a balanced assessment. That’s why I use them all the time. A previous establishment passed my car on MOT but wrote out a long list of problems that would have cost nearly £1000 to fix, telling me “Your car’s in a bit of a state” and implying I needed to get the work done urgently. I took it to Meersbrook Service Station for a second opinion and they advised me that none of the issues needed immediate attention. Meersbrook have had my business ever since.

I've been going to Meersbrook for several years now with a few different vehicles. Customer service is always excellent, both courteous & professional; work carried out is of good quality & the price is very fair. I have recently needed their services for a car we bought a couple of months ago (cat N) which turned out to be more complex than anticipated. Richard & the Meersbrook team have been very helpful (& patient) in sorting out some major repairs promptly & politely.

I arrived at the service station after booking my vehicle in for a full service. They weren't expecting me when i arrived, and when i went to pick it up they gave me an unitemised invoice. When i asked what had been done, i just got the response 'the normal things'. When i went to another garage that i use frequently a year later, they told me all my filters were filthy and definitely hadn't been changed for a few years (i know this as i physically saw the filters). Will not visit this garage again.

Great to have a garage you can trust - I have been using this garage for a few years, but most recently took in a new car to have the brakes checked as they were making a strange sound when reversing. After testing the brakes the garage told me that they look brand new.After doing some research I found the noise is actually a common problem with Land Rover & replacing the brakes only temporarily fixes the issue.Really impressed with the service as they didn’t charge a penny to look at the car, and didn’t try to sell me something the car didn’t need like new brake pads. Would recommend to everyone.

Straightforward, honest service, friendly and helpful staff

I have used this garage a few times and find the staff really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. When my car has had a service and mot they have fetched my car and brought it back. They are very reasonably priced. I can't fault them.
