We bought these masks for both myself and partner and his Mom that has dialysis treatment 3 times a week. They are brilliant quality, reusable, wash well and have steamed them with the iron. The fit is great and comfortable and covers the full nose, mouth and fits under the chin. They come with full instructions on use and how to fit. I would recommend this mask.Tania, I think you have the mask upside down and inside out from looking at your photo. Perhaps refer to the fitting instructions.

I bought two reusable antibacterial face masks in beige color from Judd Medical for £33 (shipping included) which when directly to the bin. These masks have too much fabric and the straps around the ears are too thick which add too much pressure on the ears. If you are thinking of buying them from them, save your money and go somewhere else.
