Inland Navigators Canal Boat Day Hire

We had a fantastic day celebrating a birthday. We were on boat Jessop for the day and it was very clean and in perfect working order.From the moment we turned up we were warmly welcomed and felt very at ease. The boat was easy to control and a great starter boat for anyone who hasn't done it before.Bridget was so helpful from my first phonecall and we even got a morning text about the local traffic. She made sure we were happy when we setoff and greeted us with a warm smile on our return.The boat was well stocked with plates, mugs, cups and cutlery and we took our own picnic for the day. The fridge was nice and cold and worked great. We even managed scrambled eggs for breakfast on the stove (but do bring your own pan!).Overall a great day and the perfect first day out on the canal! Would thoroughly recommend.

A brilliant day out for all the family.The boat was very clean and tidy, equipped with everything we needed, and was extremely easy to use. Great value for money - the perfect local activity that provided a nice change of scenery along the lovely grand union canal.

Great day out with the family. Pleasant ride down the canal that looked more like a slow river and took in the great views.Children aged from 3 to 17 all had a great time.Very clean and tidy canal boat. Excellent service and hospitality from the owner, Bridget. Thanks again!!!

What a lovely day out! We were out on Rennie for the day and it was everything we could have asked for and more!Bridget was very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for the day, giving us some great recommendations too of places to go along the canal.The boat was very clean, with a little fridge and washing up facilities, as well as a loo.If you’re looking for something new to do , definitely make a booking! Perfect for spring and summer family days out in sun!

Just got back from a splendid day out on 'Rennie'. The boat is spotless and just right for 5 adults and 2 young children. Scenery amazing and so very relaxing gliding along the canal on such a beautiful day. Everything provided you could possibly need and the owners are lovely helpful people. Would love to do this again. Thank you so much.

We went as a party of 6 ,I can honestly say we all had the most fantastic time ,the boat was cleaned to a high standard, Bridget the owner was absolutely lovely, nothing too much trouble, the whole experience was wonderful we didn't stop laughing ,if you want a wonderful day out doing something different and with some amazing views ,this is for you ,,amazing,,,,
