I have just purchased my wedding dress from Kiran's. The dress is gorgeous and the staff are so friendly. I had 2 fittings and alterations needed each time, nothing was too much trouble. Just purchased my Sherwani from Kiran’s, the customer service was honestly one of the best. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Sukh, his dad and his really helpful team, one of the most genuine families I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, very professional keeping a personal touch and delivering exactly what they promised. If you want your wedding suit bridal or menswear this is the place you want to be. Really happy with the finished product but more so the experience throughout. I bought my bridal outfits from Kiran's and from start to finish the service has been impeccable. I went to other stores in Birmingham and London and found that the service and choice didn't compare. Everything has been done to a strict time line, with real attention to detail. The whole team at Kiran's have been fab! Can't recommend the place enough!

Service is absolutely spot on! Nothing is too much trouble for them. I have my wedding on Monday and last minute this week I had to make some changes which they did immediately! My outfit also came 3 months early!!!I have to give a massive shout out to Nisha in particular! She helped me pick the outfit and made me feel like I was the first bride ever to walk through and pick an outfit. She gives you her honest opinion too which is definitely needed when trying on so many! To top if off She is just the sweetest most helpful person and you can tell she genuinely cares about your look! Thank you so so so so much! I just picked up my wedding lengha from Kirans today and I am SO pleased with the finished result. From start to finish, my experience of purchasing my wedding lengha has been stress free, organised and most of all, lots of fun! Our first visit was lovely, we were shown lots of options within our budget and were made to feel very special. Communication has been superb. I have been kept up to date with how long my lengha will take to be made etc regularly. The fittings were stress free and done perfectly. A special thank you to Nisha for being so lovely and making my experience so joyful! Thank you Kirans!

I would recommend Kiran’s to any bride to be. Compared to a few other places we went to, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They had such a wide range of bridal outfits to choose from. We ended up picking a top and chunni and matching it with a slightly different skirt. They let me make the alterations I wanted to and remained in contact throughout the process. The fitting process was also really helpful and showed me how to sit in the gurdwara too which was something I hadn’t thought of at all! I got so many compliments on my outfit! Loved, loved working with the lovely ladies at Kiran’s in getting my look for the big day together!

I just wanted to say a big thank to Kiran’s Birmingham for finding me the perfect bridal dress. It was the first shop I went to and on the first visit I left with an order. I also want to give a massive thank you to stylist Nisha who made me feel so welcome and I really felt the love and care in finding the right dress and making sure that it fit perfectly. Her energy was infectious and it made the experience less daunting and so much more fun. On the fitting day, adjustments were made within a few hours by the in-house tailor, who had a great attention to detail. I would 100% recommend anyone to go to Kiran’s for the excellent selection of bridal lengha’s and 10/10 customer service. I could not recommend Kirans more! From the moment I stepped in, I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. I’ve purchased all my wedding clothes plus more from here over the past the year. Nisha has been an amazing stylist and her service is brilliant. She took her time to understand my style and has nailed it with all the pieces I have bought. Aunty is also just the warmest person, gives honest advice and takes time to build personable relationships with her clients. Really appreciate both of your support over the last year!
