Asked for this red plaque in yellow and it arrived smudged and thick with paint couldn’t see the lines on the rose and poor quality I had messaged the owner to express my feelings in regards to this and the response I got was shocking I’ve only recently lost my aunt and to suggest I’m cheap for buying my dead aunt a plaque worth 11 pound is poor customer service I don’t recommend this and will be sharing this experience with everyone

Disgusting vile sad excuse for person, when you enquire about the delivery of your order that has been placed, you get abrupt and rude response, My advice AVOID AT ALL COSTS, IT IS A DIFFICULT TIME AS IT IS, DO NOT LET A WEASEL LIKE THIS, MAKE A DIFFICULT TIME MORE DIFFICULT THAN NEEDS BE..AVOID
