Most useless boots ever. There are a couple of people who are very helpful but other than them, all of them are useless. There is one lady is very grumpy faced always and probably she is the one who manages this store. They are not ready to help you at all.I had bought an item in a different boots and I was told that I can return it any other boots as well, but here they told me that they do not sell this product in this store and cannot take the return and asked me to go to the original store. Also the grumpy faced lady told me that this store is a very small store and they do not have any multi vitamin tablets for kids!!! How ridiculous this can be. I get all the products in another small boots in Reading station.People in Caversham need a different Boots store

Very busy and dealing with manufacturer shortages, but efficient, friendly and helpful! My feeling is that anything under their control is very well handled.Keep up the good work!

Staff are polite and helpful. My only criticism is that every time I go to collect my pre ordered prescription, it's never ready. I'm usually asked to wait ten minutes "

Received one of the slowest services of my life here a couple of weeks ago! Three staff members and the pharmacist were all dealing with prescriptions, while the queue for over-counter products and payment tills kept on growing. When finally someone came over behind the till, there were no apologies or explanations! Sorry Boots for inconveniencing you! I would stop bothering you if the unfair competition games of big players had not forced the closure of two independent chemist shops nearby. Are you getting too big for your boots" to care about your customers!! It certainly looks like it!!"

I have never encountered ruder staff than the people running this store. Refused to sell me over the counter medicine so I went next door to Waitrose, where I got it for half the price and with no questions asked. Will never go there again. They can go to hell.

It’s more of a pharmacy than a boots so don’t expect much in the way of supplies.Everything seems to take very long no matter what you’re there for. It’s one que for everything no matter if you are there for a simple click and collect or a repeat prescription which can be very inconvenient. They never seem to answer the phone either.

Really poor customer service. Long waiting times. You often feel completely ignored. Staff just do their own thing while long queues form. No one monitors the pandemic rule of 4 customers in the shop. Diabolical. If there was anywhere else to go, I would go elsewhere!

Permanent queues. No separation of prescriptions and OTC regular queues. No staff. Super slow. And they close at 300pm. Shelves mostly empty and bare. So left empty handed after having to queue up. It’s great otherwise!

Not a great experience. The shop has had a lot of problems with shoplifting, so have chosen to keep most of the stock off the shelves and in a back room. You need to know exactly what you want in order for a shop assistant to locate it for you. Needless to say, I didnt get what I went in for. Such a shame as I usually enjoy going to Boots, but will use Superdrug in Caversham from now on.

It was great to find a traditional fish and chip place to eat.we ate inside which was very cosy on a cold night.Staff were very friendly and didn't take long for our food to arrive. The fish was cooked to perfection ,chips were fluffy and tasty.Mush peas were like I remembered eating as a child ,correct colour and consistency, no weird green colour as in other places. The menu was very clear and lots of great choices, will definitely call in again when visiting Poole.Put the address in your GPS and call in when visiting the area, if you want well cooked traditional fish and chips, and being served by polite happy staff members.
