I’m so grateful for the care I received during an emergency appointment. I’m such a anxious person but the doctor soon put me at ease. My toothache was found to be sinus related thankfully and I was prescribed antibiotics! I’ll definitely be returning for a routine check up!

My family have been using this dentist for almost two decades. We have always found the care exemplary. We are NHS patients and feel very happy to be able to receive such good care from this modern and forward-thinking practice. Mr Wright is always so cheerful and friendly with a genuine concern for the best patient outcomes. I saw another dentist in an emergency situation and found her to be just as professional. Occasionally it is difficult to get an appointment but I see this is because they are such a popular practice. In the event of any dental pain they have always managed to squeeze me in somehow and I appreciate that. Having spoken to many others I doubt you’d get better care anywhere else in the area.

Daniel is the best dentist. He helped me overcome my fears I feel very lucky to have himHe is patient and kind as well as letting me take it at my own pace.

I have attended this dental practice for several years. I attended today for a routine check up. All the staff are always very helpful and friendly. All the treatment from the dentist I have had has been pain free and the dentist is very considerate and professional. Thank you Wright Dental Care.

Fran and Angela were brilliant fun when I went for a hygiene appointment. Best dentist appointment ..they aren't scary at all!

My partner who suffers with social anxiety and other complex issues went here yesterday with tooth / jaw ache. The staff informed her after her appointment she would have to pay for a 'nightguard' which is one guard what fits the upper jaw at £92 and her appointment which was £25. She told staff she didn't have the funds to pay for the 'nightguard' but had enough to cover her appointment, they told her she couldn't leave the building until she paid the full amount. She rang me up and I sorted it. The £92 was a 'discounted price' and the appointment which was £25 this to was apparently discounted. I've been before, Ive been to better dentists with better trained staff, would not recommend.Reply to ownerIt seems judging by the response to every unfavorable review instead of taking criticism onboard and improving your service your more concerned about disproving any and all discrepancies in the service you provide.Yes my partner received a phone call out of the blue in regards to this review, I was present at the time and it was very unprofessional and intimidating to contact a patient about this review. You was more concerned about this review than the service she received.This review is entirely accurate.

Such an amazing Dental Practice - I'm surprised they have any reviews less than 5 stars! From the moment I called them with my concerns and to make an appointment, my experience with this practice has been absolutely fabulous! :DThe lady I talked to on the initial call was compassionate, knowledgable and understanding and we're kindly able to get me in for some emergency dental work.The appointment was great - I felt I was listened to and taken care of. The dentists and dental assistants explained clearly what the procedure would be and they answered any questions I had. I was comfortable and felt minimal pain and the dentist honestly did a great job.A week after my appointment they called to check up on my healing progress and everything has been great.The entire team seemed to genuinely care and I'm happy to have a healthy mouth now. Thanks to the management and entire team for creating a great atmosphere and training for the staff. I would recommend Wright Dental Care to anyone and everyone and I hope to continue care with them in the future.
