Very nice staff, always helpful. Doctors informative and pleasant. One gripe,Unfortunately results of tests often are not relayed to patients or they are lost! Otherwise all other services are regular and easy to access.

Worst place ! My blood test came almost 2 weeks ago... they text me everyday that i need to book an appoinment... i called them after work saying that i m working from Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm so i really can t call them at 8am, they said that my partner can call them and book... he is trying everyday... staying awake even if he doing night shifts... after 2 hours they answer and they can t offer him any appointment. This place is a joke !!!I need to do alot of appointments with them for my problems but i can t manage to book anything. Avoid to register here. Maybe they wait for people to die... we paying taxes for nothing.

Lifelong patient at this Dr's surgery, so I know well how bad it is. Rude receptionist, late Dr's, all round unprofessionalism and full blown uselessness. Same day appointments are impossible, so book your illness in advance. Time spent chasing these guys up is time better spent in bed recovering. When I gave a third party permission to access my medical record we discovered that the past 30 years haven't been recorded at all, non of my meds or conditions, bloodtests or results.Oh, under no circumstances give them money. Dr said I wouldn't have to pay for his signature but the receptionist said he can't do that, charged me £25 for a signature on a form that got sent back to me because the Dr didn't even fill it out correctly.Utter incompetence. I feel sorry for the few good workers there, that one star is for you guys and you alone, the rest of them need firing immediately

Reception is not helpful in scheduling appointments.It is easy for the patient to change the attending physician, but how can I demand to change the receptionist who is not responsive and understanding of the patient's condition?When the receptionist tells him to call back tomorrow morning at 8 and he can't do anything about it.Please reconsider what the receptionists do in terms of responding to patientsThank you

29/12/16 Absolutely disgusting!! Do not and I mean do not bring your family to this doctors! For your own safety! Never any appointments! Appointments are cancelled! Medication isn't given when needed. Prescriptions are withheld when needed and then extra given when not requested. My parents are both bed bound and my father cannot move an inch, he was poorly today and when a home visit was requested on the advice of the hospital this was denied as there had already been 4 home visits carried out that day to other people. Basically saying if you're going to be extremely poorly you have to get in before the other 4. I'm disgusted!! Staff are extremely rude and don't care. After writing this review I am going straight to a higher authority and getting this changed. It's unsafe for the surrounding community and it's been like it for years...... UPDATE:....... 30/12/16 had emergency doctor out last night for my parents. He advised getting a home visit from GP first thing to get a referral for an emergency hip X-ray for my Dad and to assess my mother. Rang The practice first thing to arrange this! And there is only one doctor on and it's closes at midday so nothing can be done.... yet again today!! I just waiting for something to happen to either one of my parents. Waiting patiently!!

Currently pregnant and whenever I call about any issue or anything at all the reception gets so rude and dismissive that GP can’t see me when the NHS and Government website clearly state that GP should be seeing and doing things. Midwives are hard to get hold off and the reception is such a disappointment as she literally will not let you get an appointment. Had to call 111 to be seen and when they were informed about the reception not letting me see the gp they said she can do that. By reading the rest of the reviews seems this practice really need a nee receptionist and training on how to deal with patients. If they can’t do their jobs whats the point of having a gp

I think this is absolutely disgusting. Beaumont leys health centre are not prepared to write my terminally ill father a prescription for painkillers. He is unable to walk and I was just told that the doctor won't give him anything until tomorrow morning when the prescription nurse gets in. Not only did they refuse to see him during COVID as they wanted to protect the doctors the receptionist is not prepared to go and ask the doctor she only rang through and the doctor wants to go home.

Absolutely shambles, my wife rang up for some advice as she is a first time mum about a lump on our babies jaw and spoke to the recipientnist and she was very rude and very unhelpful. Our midwife said contact our GP and it doesn't matter if our baby wasn't registered yet as a baby is important. Its very disgraceful how my wife was spoken to. As a receptionist role is to take appointments, file and help the doctors out what there not qualified to do is give medical advice. I don't know how people gives this 5 stars. I WILL not be signing my baby to this practice.

Since transferring my elderly mum to this health centre I have had nothing but extremely helpful, friendly, efficient and caring service which is in marked contrast to her previous GP’s surgery. The receptionists are understanding and caring, using their initiative and not simply quoting the rules. The doctors are understanding and patient. I am very impressed at the dedication of this wonderful team and cannot thank them enough for how they are treating my mum.

Absolute joke of a surgery, Rang yesterday for an appointment. was told to ring back early hours of this morning, Spent 2 hours + in the ring back queue and was told no more appointments. This surgery needs to cease practicing and also they should not have 8000 + people registered to this surgery (it should be by catchment area)
