Had a problem with starlings nesting in roof space accessed via guttering. Paul initially called to assess the problem and suggest a solution. We had an issue with rats in the garden and Paul from Orion responded very quickly and was able to offer us advice and take action immediately. His knowledge of the industry was amazing and it turned out that the previous company we had used had not acted responsibly leaving the traps at our premises. He was extremely thorough in his examination and advised us of all access points so that we could advise our neighbours too. Paul had three visits all on time and as promised and we no longer have any issues with rats. Excellent pest control service.I had 2 separate angry wasp nests at gutter level at my home . I contacted Paul , he gave me an appointment of the following morning.Paul turned up on time the following day , he’s a very friendly guy who took a quick look then explained exactly what he’d do and how it will work and how much it would cost . He carried out his work and within 2 hours there was not a wasp in sight , quite remarkable!Paul provides a very prompt , professional and friendly service at a very competitive price . This is the second time I’ve used his services and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again . Highly recommended.
