It’s incredibly refreshing to see a care home take food and nutrition seriously.In an industry where most residents are malnourished on admission and continue losing weight for some time, KYN are bucking this trend. Residents are getting better not declining further.I know this because they tasked me with creating their nutrition policy and integrating those policies into tasty dishes.Over 18 months, I tirelessly researched and translated the latest scientific evidence on nutrition for older individuals.By working together with the KYN chefs, we were able to create a nutritionally stellar menu that is also desirable and super tasty.KYN are true leaders in their field.

KYN Bickley is a simply incredible place. From the moment you enter the building, when you’re greeted by a concierge, to your first experience of the bar/dining area, it’s a genuine five star experience that wouldn’t be out of place in a classy resort somewhere in southern Europe! The staff are incredibly friendly, the standard of the fixtures and fittings is exceptional and the food is simply fantastic. A great home, with everything done properly and without any doubt the finest establishment of its kind I’ve ever visited. If I could give it seven stars I would. It really is THAT good!

From the moment you set foot in the KYN Bickley care home, one is aware that you have entered an atmosphere where kindness and professionalism come together in an equally high measure. There is much evidence of genuine service and a desire to bring joy to each resident.

I visit KYN Bickley with my dog as part of Therapy Dogs Nationwide. The home is beautiful as are the grounds, and it always seems very calm. The staff are amazing, so kind, friendly and welcoming. There always appears to be some sort of activity happening and along with the spa and cinema, it seems to be a lovely place to be.

Our mother was one of the first residents in KYN when it opened in February. She is now well and extremely happy!!!The home is beautiful, everything from the care, nursing, activities and food are absolutely excellent.Definitely worth a visit- the carehome comes highly recommended.

I have visited KYN Bickley several times now to perform piano music for the residents, and I must say that the experience has been consistently delightful. The ambiance is always filled with warmth and friendliness, and the venue itself exudes a luxurious charm. Moreover, the staff's exceptional care for the residents truly stands out and makes each visit even more enjoyable.

Having suffered poor care for my mother at a previous care home, I made the decision to relocate her to KYN Bickley.This was definitely the best decision we could have made. The care home itself is like a luxury London hotel but with a homely feel. The service from every member of staff has been exceptional - nothing is too much to ask for.My mother is unable to speak due to her stroke, but the carers in a short space of time have learnt what she likes, doesn’t like and what she may be asking for. She truly now gets personalised care and is enjoying her life again.

We have been visiting KYN on a personal and a business way. We work with KYN on their weekly flower arranging lessons with the residents, we get as much out of it as the residents do. We love being part of the team at KYN, Maisie who runs the events makes sure everyone irrelevant of their abilities, can be involved with any event. After we've finished the class everyone takes a vase back to their rooms or they place them in the beautiful lounges.On a personal front we have been visiting the home, we are so impressed with the ethos of KYN, every resident is looked after and their individual needs. The care and attention everyone receives in amazing, every member of staff is so kind and love being there. The home is beautiful and the gardens are incredible. We as a family cannot recommend it more highly xxx

I visited KYN Bickley. I’m not a big person for reviews but I was ready and waiting to book my room!Not only is the home centrally located for public transport, road and rail links. But it’s stunning outside is mirrored by a gorgeous interior.The layout reminds me of an Georgian/Edwardian mansion with rooms with technology to help its residents to get too and from the toilet with ease and call for help when needed.The staffing ratio means residents have a high standard of careThe well-being package??? From a host of activities decided by the residents to its SPA means that if you want to have a pamper or join in with gardening, painting or photography you have it at your finger tips. But also the wealth of health services and nursing staff on site makes this the perfect luxury choice with everything at its fingertips.KYN has rooms for people needing residential care, nursing care, respite and dementia care which is also means residents who may deteriorate in health then don’t need to move home when they need a higher level of care.If you are looking at options for care I would highly recommend contacting the team!
