I asked for a quote to fit carpet that id already purchased, he sent me a minimum call out fee. I thanked him for the quote but said I’d been quoted cheaper elsewhere, to which I had a very unprofessional and arrogant response to.

This company was recommended to me by a very fussy friend. I must say Adrian is the most helpful person, he moved mountains for me and has the patience of a saint. I have had the pleasure of his skills on 3 separate occasions and will continue to use the company for any future flooring needs. If they had 5* plus rating, I would award it because of the efficiency, value, skills and pleasant personality. Who wants a miserable workman in their house...!! I now know of several neighbours and friends who have used Adrian Dowdall Carpets and I have yet to hear any complaints ... A true value for money service with excellent results.
