Euronics also known as Adcocks.Ordered a TV paid immediately. Order was confirmed and accepted with a confirmation email stating they would deliver on Tuesday. Get a call from the branch from a lady stating the will have to cancel the order as they don't deliver to bham which is NOT clear on their website.Anyway in order to be refunded the lady asked for my LONG CARD NUMBER , CVV AND EXPIRY DATE!! when I didn't give it she started shouting on the phone WELL YOU WONT GET A REFUND THEN IF YOU DONT PRIVIDE US WITH THESE DETAILS!I'm sorry but if I don't feel comfortable giving these details you shouldn't be so unprofessional. She was very rude and very unprofessional to me and made the whole experience of online shopping a nightmare!On the other hand the manager Paul Adcocks called me back after the lady cut the phone call off and dealt with everything in a professional manner and apologised. Refund was in my account about 4 days later - however he kept me informed with confirmation receipts of cancellationWord of advice - Please get someone else on the phone to deal with your queries as the lady has no customer service skills watsoever!

Years ago bought a washing machine from Comet. Broke down after a year. They were charging £130 to come and look at it, warranty covered parts only. Never have touched that company since. Instead bought new from Adcocks and since have used them for years for all items from kettles to TVs. Excellent backup service. If something breaks down, which have done on a few times, they take back up service seriously and arrange to fix. Very personal service. Prices not much different to big showrooms. But one has peace of mind.

In desperate need of a new tele and found the perfect one here and only a couple of days wait for delivery.Staff were really friendly, helpful and knew their products well.On delivery the chaps were polite and helpful and bent over backwards to make sure we were set up and ready to go.I would certainly recommend this store to everyone....I'll certainly go back when I need anything else.

My family have shopped at Adcocks for generations. From my grandparents, my parents and myself.It's one of those lovely businesses that has that good ol' fashioned service.You always feel welcomed.The staff are always on hand, friendly and ready to help.And the products are reasonably priced too.

Great local business, always friendly, makes it better than dealing with a larger çhain store, very competitive prices. And usually have stock in store to take away on small appliances.
