Triona has been my hairdresser for many years and always does a fantastic job wouldn't go anywhere else her staff are really friendly and welcoming and know how to make you feel special.

Haven’t been to a hairdresser in years, and I was nervous but got my hair exactly the way I wanted with no fuss! So quick and the staff are lovely!

Disgraceful treatment of my disabled daughter to day left outside shop for 45 mins not allowed in cus shes exempt from wearing a face mask!! They diddnt even have the manners to tell her she wasnt allowed in.he said only 3 allowed in shop at one time.she thought she was waiting on her hairdresser finishing before being allowed in.i rang hairdressers n said hello gerry my daughter is waiting outside fif 45 mins he hung up lovely man i rang 5 more times on answer phone.whats your complaints procedure?mg daughters pozt has been taken down.Discraceful!

Really relaxing atmosphere..excellent staff a lovely young lady cut my sons hair he has anxiety about getting hair cut and she took time to listen to him and what an amazing job she done! Highly recommended

Fantastic lovely clean comfortable friendly salon make you feel at ease Triona and Aimee both did my hair between them fitted me in last minute I would recommend 100% love my hair thank you ❤️❤️

discrimination for unable to wear a mask!!I would literally give these 0 stars if I could.today at 1pm I had an appointment with triona hair and beauty on the stewartstown Road. I arrived 12.55. Gerry, the person that helps run the salon came to the door and I said that I had appointment for 1pm he replied with have you a mask" now I'm fully vaccined and exempt from wearing these due to mental and physical health issues and had my green exempt pass on and also a letter from the doctor which states "I am exempt from wearing masks or face coverings" he then went on to say "only 2 people max are allowed in the salon at a time" that was fine. I went up the street grabbed my coffee and was walking back when Gerry was outside having a smoke he saw me and set his feg on the ledge and basically couldn't move fast enough to run into the salon and locked the doors behind him. i set in my car and watched people coming in and out of the salon. my mum even called to say " what's going on and why is my daughter still waiting outside" he hung up the fone which my mum tried to call back 5 times and it kept going to answer machine.what a lovely way to treat your customers

I booked in last minute for a curly blow dry, staff where friendly and pleasant, hair looked lovely when it was done at 1pm when I was leaving but by the time I was going out for dinner at 5.30pm it had all dropped and just looked like I had been caught in the wind! Very disappointing
