Staff very friendly, attentive and knowledgable. Fitters were polite, efficient and friendly whilst at the house. Herringbone flooring fitted throughout the downstairs and complete to a really high standard.

Very friendly and helpful staff with good knowledge of all the products they’re selling along with a caring attitude. Will definitely buy from them again.

Great untill they recieve you're money... AVOID I've been complaining for over a year now to get a chip sorted in my floor. The manager never answers my txtes. Such bad customer services when something is wrong. When i have got intouch the company keep filling it but it's far from perfect. But keep saying that will have to do. I'm Absolutely gutted as I've spentalot of money on my flooring which should be perfect. I'm still ringing and messaging to try to get 1 chip in my floor sorted, but they keep saying I'll try and come up with a solution. Nd i dont hear back. I'm getting sick of waiting that I'm asking for a refund now so I can go somewhere else to get my perfect flooring. Please don't waste your money on MR flooring

Amazing service and quality of products.Went in to view some flooring, the assistant was very polite when helping.Looked at a few different kinds before we found one we liked and was similar to the photo I brought in. I was given a quote and a large free sample of the flooring I had picked out to see what it looked like at home.After deciding i would go ahead with the purchase, I gave them a ring. They were very helpful over the phone and was told that everything would be ready for when I arrived.Once I arrived at the shop they were very polite and helpful, everything was ready as promised and they loaded everything into the car for me.I would definitely return and recommend to others.

The carpet worker put the nail through the pipe while installing the carpet resulting in serious water leakage in my house. Huge disappointment

Absolutely wonderful job with an affordable price. Could not be more happy with the outcome, while left a lil dusty they cleaned up most of it, edges are great and they worked around 2 pipes coming out the floor. Was done relatively quickly too!Overall I highly recommend Mr Floors, and will definitely be my place for future flooring needs
