Cheapest Broadband available in Ireland, not the greatest speed. Still alright to use. Might not have a network everywhere but that's what they will find out for you. Service is grand.

internet really bad download speeds are terrible, every time they say they have fixed it there is no difference

I have been a customer for 13 years. Very helpful engineers. I would always recommend them.

Perhaps the slowest and most incompetent internet providers out there. It's a complete joke how bad this service is.

Im with Brisknet nearly 13 years you know where you stand with them Im reliably informed with everything thats going on never had problem very satisfied customer thats why I stick with them update now in Co-vid 19 times Im with community radio stations working remotely and the links supplied via Eurona Brisknet the whole remote studio is able to send music adverts voices via remote studio without drops first class brilliant with unbeatable backup service 10 + stars

Absolutely terrible and slow internet connection most of the time , always have problems with the internet and keep getting letters that I am going over the limit even though i barely download anything. Whenever I try to call in and ask them whats the problem either no-one answers or tells me its due to weather (on a sunny day with no wind ) Starting to think of changing my broadband , BRISKNET's interest in customer needs is below 0 and they couldnt care less if anyone is having problems , or calling in to ask for help , they just dont answer calls at all. Unless they start working and getting my internet up to the speeds that i pay for , I am changing. Wouldnt recommend this broadband to anyone.

Is anyone else experiencing problems with their Brisknet phone. I have had a good service for several years, but in the last few months the line goes silent for the other people who are telephoning me from their phone, although I can still hear them. After a while they hang up the phone. This happens intermittently ranging from a few minutes to 20 minutes or more, on almost every call. It also makes no difference if they are using a mobile or landline. I have been told it was due to the weather (on perfectly good days?), due to batteries needing to be replaced (rechargeable batteries on newish phones?) and also that the signal and service is good (clearly not, or else I wouldn't have this problem). They said it could be via the satellite/company and that they wouldn't be able to do anything about it (so why was it working without problems for so long?). They also didn't seem too bothered if I left them and went with another company (not a great business attitude?).

4 Months on a 20Meg package and apart from the slight (but expected) slowdown on nights when everyone is online, I've had consistently high speeds all day since I signed up.The slowdown is not excessive either, and Netflix, Youtube etc are fine and very very rarely freeze, even on HD.I work from home and the connection is perfect for web conferences, uploading and downloading packages for work (IT).It hasn't been affected by weather that I've noticed and the installation was quick and the guys were sound.

Very baaaaaaad and slowwwwwwwww internet. Doesn't work all the time. The internet goes off often. Very very often. Euronas team won't give you help at all. They will ignore you, and say that they will fix the problem but they won't, or, they will come to you after week and they won't fix anything. I'am very disappointed... Also, u can smell alcohol smell from workers. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!! Anyone!!!!!!!!
