Beginning to regret dealing with this company. Very quick to take my deposit, very slow to respond to issues relating to the survey. No one has returned my call - a month after parting with a huge sum we are being ignored.UPDATE: the new window and front door are now installed. We are delighted with the quality and workmanship. The main fitter was extremely thorough and showed attention to detail.

Horrible, horrible company, they will take your money and then lie and steal from you. Ordered several £1000s of double-glazed windows. Quality is very poor and post-sales communication is zero.

I wouldn't recommend using this company to my colleagues. As the service delivery isn't great. The counseling mentioned on the survey day our window installer are professional worker but the outcome of their work is very poor.

I can’t recommend this company. The work they’ve done seems to be of a decent standard and the installers were all pleasant, however the original 10wk timeline drifted pass without any communication whatsoever.Every call to the office was fobbed off, only when I emailed the owner directly did anything happen. My windows were installed but left unfinished, without the fittings I specified or the internal trim for my daughter’s window. That led to me having hang towels in her room as I couldn’t refit her blind. Only after weeks of chasing was that problem resolved, and even then, I waited for the fitter to arrive, only to be called at 3:30pm to be told he’d have to get to us the following day.My French doors were finally fitted this week, a full 24wks after I paid my deposit. They seem keen to get your cash, the bill arrived within minutes of the workmen leaving, accompanied by two phone calls, but are otherwise they’re utterly unresponsive.

Very impressed by the quote and service from Mayfair. Dan came round and showed me the excellent quality window and priced up. I was really happy with the options available and decided to go ahead. Couldn’t have asked for a better installation either. All done on time and to a high standard. A great job all round. Will definitely use them again for any future projects.

We were ‘sold to’ by a door to door salesperson at exactly the right time, as we wanted a new door anyway.The fitting took a little longer than expected but owing to Covid it’s not a surprise really. The quality of the fitting is excellent and the keys used are really secure, but a little stiff initially, which is normal I’m sure.There have been a couple of squeaks on the door in the first month which I thought would mean an adjustment was needed, but the door now opens and closes without noise.Overall, very pleased, good value and I’d recommend.

Pls avoid, I placed a £10k order and encounterd problems with the windows. I emailed company in December and left voice mails but no one ever got back.... terrible service and terrible products. Pls avoid, if you are considering using this company please message me beforehand.

Great service from start to finish. Extremely happy with our new windows and door. The team were very informative throughout the whole process and the overall finish is fantastic. Can’t fault Mayfair at all and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again

I had all my windows plus front and back doors replaced on 04/12/2023 by Kevin and Jamie. They completed the job in a very efficient and friendly manner. I'd recommend Mayfair Installations to my family and friends.
