I've used Elliotts before for a boiler installation at another property and got in touch with John to fit a boiler at my own house.I have also recommended John to friends who have in turn booked him in for boiler installations.John is very hard working, very knowledgeable and honest. He goes above and beyond and is an all round DIY man so additional work doesn't require getting in other tradesman.

John was doing a very extensive job for us, changing central heating system from hot air system to radiators plus a new boiler. He was always punctual and incredibly professional. He advised us where to position our new radiators and what capacity we need. The job went very well and on schedule. He went the extra mile for us and removed all the hot air vents from all the walls and made good. I was absolutely delighted with all the work he did and also with very competitive. I would recommend him without hesitation.

John and his team did an absolutely fabulous job at quite a stressful time for us. Honest, reliable, communicative and extremely thorough - by far the most comprehensive quotation we received out of several we tried. Everything was itemised and clearly explained. John was up front in saying that he was “not the cheapest” but it was genuinely worth every penny - we had an extremely challenging bathroom for the team to refit including fixing of leaks, pulling rotting wood, removal of 4 (!!) layers of tiles, in a challenging and tiny space. He also encouraged us to chase for insurance which had a positive result. Crucially,John pointed out some quite serious safety issues in our heating and the pump used for our shower and got on with fixing these to an excellent standard. We had an awful lot of dust - challenging with an asthmatic partner and has required a lot of cleaning; but that is just part of having a bathroom refit. Went above and beyond in all areas. Recommend x100.

We contacted John from Elliott's with a large list of requirements for our whole house refurb on our just purchased Victorian Semi. He was not at all phased, even when presented with a 21 page specifications document! Elliott's project managed the entire project for us, carrying out much of the work themselves and arranging other specialist trades where necessary. We were exceptionally happy with the quality of the work, the professionalism and the advice given during the process.The work carried out was:• Complete re-plumb including a new boiler, water softener, unvented hot water cylinder, uprated mains connection and per-room heating controls resulting in a 12 zone heating system with app-connectivity• Complete re-wire including networking throughout the house• Room strip down, re-plaster, and general maintenance• Complete bathroom build including stud partition to separate the room, tiling, installation of shower and sanitary ware to the highest standards• Complete kitchen fitting• Installation of new windows, french doors and roof lanternsWe are so happy with the service we are using Elliott's again for a further bathroom upgrade and would recommend them to our friends

John and his team have been wonderful. John is truly one of the most experienced and knowledgeable heating and plumbing engineer around and has created a modern, sophisticated and energy efficient heating, plumbing and heat recovery system for us. Neil has done a great job transforming our bathrooms. John’s team has been versatile and has also helped us with a number of other aspects of refurbishment such as building and insulation. John and his team are friendly, good humoured and this makes a stressful refurbishment at times quite pleasant. We are now one step closer to completing our dream home and we could not have done it without John. John mentions on his website that once he has visited new clients once, he tends to be their chosen tradesman for life. I hope this will be the case with us, the only problem is that he is so popular everyone wants a piece of him :-)

A pleasure to deal with. I have used his firm twice now and will have no hesitation in doing so again. John Elliott is clearly on top of the job ( boiler replacement with difficulties ) and not phased by any problems ( which there were!). I cannot not recommend more highly - he is the kind of tradesman I would wish to have. He also appears to be a dab hand at choosing his staff - like Josh his apprentice - who are a delight to deal with

I had a shower and screen installed above the bath, fed down from pipes in the loft and a shower replaced in the en-suite bathroom, plus wall and floor tiling. John's key team, Neil and Connor, were professional, personable and kept me regularly informed of work required and progress. During the work my boiler played up (something I had dreaded as it had been installed by a cowboy firm). Neil and Connor were able to advise and help resolve the problem. I would definitely use Elliott's Heating again for any heating or plumbing work and fully recommend them to others.

John was really clear with communicating what he was doing to repair a leak I had in my hot water system (due to previous plumbers poor work). I found him really conscientious, he kept me updated at all stages of the job and called me when he was on his way so I didn’t have to wait around unnecessarily. The price was fair.I have also used him to fit a new thermostat for my under floor heating system that wasn’t working properly and that is now running brilliantly as well.Would recommend without hesitation.

John has performed work at our place on a number of occasions including replacing radiators, radiator and boiler maintenance, replacing a WC, and various repair works. Both John and his team are trustworthy, very professional and work to a high standard. I highly recommend.
