Used this company for a second time. My mother in 2005 and Dad 2022. Both times excellent service. Jill in the branch was very helpful and kind, Shelley who led the funeral cars on the day was excellent and Larry the Limo driver as well. Our service was run by David Alexander who was brilliant.Highly recommend this company, can't praise them enough.

My parents both had funeral plans with Thomas Davis. I selected to use the Brislington branch purely for convenience. Firstly in May 2021 and met with the wonderful Jill. Her service & people communication skills were impeccable & impressive. So when my father passed away July this year (2023) it was a no brainer to go back to this branch, in view of the excellent service I had previously received. I met with a young man Jake Laudin and to be honest I did wonder if he would meet my great expectations, as Jill had set the bar high. Well I gotta say it Jake pulled it off - he went above and beyond. Jake has a warm friendly yet professional approach. He listens to your wishes & dreams, is very enthusiastic about making things happen - especially when it is a little out of the ordinary. We used David Alexander (Celebrant) again. He has the ability to bring to life a eulogy with his compassion, understanding, empathy & love. He certainly portrayed my parents characters and ensured it was a celebration of their lives on the day.Back to Jake. Jake kept us in the loop, step by step and it was wonderful to experience everyone communicating and on the same page. Jake was very informative and readily available. I received regular phone calls, emails and when I was having a bit of a wobble, Jake sensed this and sent some lovely kind reassuring words. I'm pleased to say that Jake went above and beyond my expectation. I would like to thank Liza (funeral director) & Pete (limo driver) both delivered an excellent & professional service. They paid attention to the fine details, created a calm relaxed environment & ensured all plans came to fruition. I would 100% recommend this branch - you will not be disappointed.
