I’ve never reviewed anything before however I feel this is one to break the duck..This review is one of two halves..1st Half;Saw a Kia Proceed on the website on a Tuesday, phoned up and spoke to staff to discuss the car, it was arranged for me and my wife to come down and test drive the vehicle on the Thursday when I was next available..Having arrived very excited to see the car on the Thursday, we were informed by the same member of staff that the car had actually been sold on the Wednesday evening in between the initial phone call and being able to get down to test drive and view.Unfortunately, the member of staff in question treated us with complete indifference, considering the two hour round trip we had made to get there. Coupled with the knowledge that we could have been informed prior to attending (and saving the fuel/time), we had made a wasted journey - topped off without so much as an apology, just simply an acceptance that it was what it was and the car was gone.Needless to say, left the dealership extremely frustrated and annoyed. Went elsewhere to test drive before returning to the drawing board!2nd Half;Whilst out test driving a new Kia Proceed at another dealership (to guide us on decision making), received a call from Garrie Moore (Transaction Manager) who was EXTREMELY apologetic for the poor experience we had been through. Garrie could not apologise enough for the way the issue had been handled.Garrie then informed me that due to unforeseen circumstances, the car was back on the market.I explained that I was definitely interested in the vehicle and Garrie said he would arrange for the car to be delivered to my home with a full tank of fuel by way of a gesture. Finance was quickly sorted out and the initial deposit paid.I was then passed onto Botan Usman (Sales Executive) who made contact to arrange the vehicle being delivered (and a service being arranged).Botan has been brilliant in communicating with me regarding updates for the car and although it needs to go back in a couple of weeks for its annual service, Botan has arranged for me to have a courtesy car whilst it’s in.Botan arrived at my address as expected with the vehicle and it is as perfectly flawless/clean/tidy as shown on the website.He has been clear with me from the start and always managed my expectations - something I’m very grateful of.Full Time;Fantastic result thanks to match winners Garrie Moore and Botan Usman. Both guys turned around an initially poor performance and I cannot thank either of them enough for the effort and the lengths they have both been too in order to keep a first time customer very happy!I would definitely recommend Pinkstones for a future car/other people and I appreciate that sometimes one person is not reflective of a team of hardworking people who put the customer first.Thanks again to Garrie and Botan, you’ve made a first time customer a very happy man with a lovely low mileage ex demonstrator Kia Proceed!

I purchased a MG 3 from Pinkstones and from the moment myself and my husband walked into the showroom the customer service was second to none. Sales staff were friendly, informative and never once showed any pressure sales which resulted in us returning the next day . We completed the sale with Janieka who was attentive to detail and explained all processes including the part exchange of my car and the purchase options of the MG. In less than a week I was driving my new car way.Liam ensured my car was ready for collection and sorted out the online tax on my behalf and explained all the information regarding the V5. Thank you to Peter Lythgoe who helped us with our new car. We selected the HS trophy to look at. The more he told us about the car and the spec/features we had to have one. He was very welcoming and friendly. We are so glad we decided to go with MG, the car and service is second to none. We collected the car a week ago the quality and space the car offers is outstanding value and quality. The drive itself is just simply remarkable. Just at Pinkstones as my brake light had come on. Needed new discs and pads! These were sourced and fitted on the same day for me, amazing! Always great customer service!! Thank you.

The whole team are fantastic, and the customer service is outstanding. I had problems getting my car to Pinkstones, I rang the service department only 4 days prior (late notice really), explained my situation and nothing was to much trouble, Gaynor arranged for my car to be collected and dropped off again, and I live out of the area. Hi, 6-11-2023 such a lovely day today. Just went and got my brand new car from such lovely people, Botan and the manager Gary and a lovely lady. Solved the problem I was having with my previous dealer too. Could not ask for anything else. So much hospitality and warmth from them. The entire team were so caring. Big thanks for Botan especially. Amazing car dealers!
