Kiss First Aid NI

I was required to arrange both First Aid and Fire Warden Training for our Company.KISS NI delivered the Fist Aid Course in 2020 to all of our First Aid team and the feedback was that the training was excellent, very hands on and professional. I personally found that the customer care from KISS was very good and they were a pleasure to deal with.When we were required to update our Fire Warden’s training, the first person we thought of was Kevin from KISS NI and we were pleased to hear that he could also deliver this training.Both sets of training carried out by Kevin were very professional, informative and thorough; the feedback from all attendees from both courses was very positive and a number of employees expressed how it was the best course they have attended.Thanks Kevin, we will definitely be using your service again!

I did the fire aid course at sure start and I couldn't recommend it enough. Kevin was perfectly clear from start to finish. This course was interactive and enjoyable. I felt like I learned alot from this course and Kevin was very easy to understand and approachable if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to learn first aid.

An excellent course delivered professionally.Not having to sit all day watching slides made it more interesting, the training was so practical and this will help me to retain all the information and remain skillful as far as first aid is concerned.I really had a great experience and would recommend KISS for any first aid training

We have had 2 bookings with Kevin for the Emergency First Aid at Work and he really did go above and beyond! All participants found the course really easy to understand as the delivery was was hands on, fun and very interactive! Kevin is a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer questions participants had! I think we all thought we were in for 2 nights of PowerPoint slides, but the hands on approach definitely makes it easier to understand! Kevin is able to adapt the course to suit the participants, he really deserves a medal trying to get young lads to do cpr on each other isn’t easy! We all definitely feel more equipped to act should we ever need to!

Had my update for my first aid training today with Kevin. I found the course very beneficial. I really enjoyed the participative role we all played throughout the course rather than just sitting watching slides. This helped me retain all the information that Kevin was providing us as we got to practise our skills throughout the morning and then had discussions following each part. Kevin and Stephen have been delivering first aid training to our sixth form students for a number of years now. We had Kevin come into our office to train our team in a 1-day first aid course which he did perfectly. We didn't have to sit in front of a screen all day and got us up and being practical which is what you need to learn first aid. What I enjoyed was he brought it to normal day to day situations and not something that is outlined in a book. He took his time to answer any questions and made sure we knew what we were doing before passing the course. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend Kevin for any first aid training.

I attended a first aid outdoor course with Kevin at Kiss first aid. Kevin was a very experienced and patient teacher. He made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the entire day. Each element was covered in detail but still very easy to understand.
