Dale Hey Farm Touring Caravan Site

Beautiful site just 10 minutes walk outside of Ribchester which is a gorgeous little village built on a Roman fort. Site has fantastic views, brilliant dog walk through the woods where we were lucky enough to see red deer…clean showers, toilet block, pot washing facilities, even wellies and dog washing area…will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved bank holiday at dale farm. Close to clitheroe, longridge and ribchester.... perfect location and supermarkets nearby also. Toilet blocks very clean. Good recycling area. Will definitely be going back

Had a lovely weekend here in January 2022. The site is set out well with flat pitches with enough space for a caravan and a cat at the side of it. Well kept gardens and grass between each pitch are pleasant. The site is bigger than it appears on entry as there are roughly 3 areas of around 10 pitches positioned so that you can't see other campers. I believe that every pitch has electric hookup. Surrounded by fields and a wood and located a 15 to 20 minute walk downhill into Ribchester.In Ribchester there is a Spar store, the river, a beautiful church and a fabulous museum explaining about Roman times. There is the remains of a granary and roman baths within the town and clear notice boards giving information about them. £4 museum entry open 12 till 4 ( longer hours I summer). There is also a very friendly pub, the White Bull, that does food and had a roaring fire.So plenty to do in the area, pleasant woodland walks directly from the site. Clean toilets, super washing up area, even an area to wash your dog or bike. Good value, great location. I'll definitely be returning.

Dale Hey is quiet with lots of wildlife including deers, grouse and dogs! Dogs age welcome and it’s a good place to come if you have one. The on-site woods are a good place to walk your dogs, they will be plenty of places to walk your your dogs in the area.

Very clean and very well maintained siteclean toilets and showers ,good dog walking area . Owners very helpful and friendly .Will definitely be back

Me and my partner have been a couple times now to this lovely campsite in our van and we must say that every time we are impressed by it. The couple running it are sweethearts, they always assure that you are ok, that the bathrooms and site are well maintained.The showers are free, dogs are allowed, very affordable price and lovely people all around!We have been to all the campsites around to test the waters and Dale Hey is by far our favourite and we will surely return very soon.

We had a last minute stop over and when arrived, Christine was amazing, showed us to the pitch, explained everything, pointed us in the right direction for food etc and was overall a star! Thanks so much for everything. We would've stayed another night but unfortunately she wasn't able to control the weather! The toilet and shower blocks were spotless and well serviced. A beautiful site which the owners have invested in for the long term. Lovely green areas and woods to walk in and to let the kids off the leash. Will be visiting again.

Lovely quiet park owners are very friendly and helpful good dog walking area would definitely recommend the park and will certainly visit again

Deserves 10 stars Beautifully kept site, very clean, showers and toilets immaculate, all pitches are hard standing, wide, secure entrance to the park plus a very warm welcome, cheaper than club sites too, what a lovely weekend we had we will definitely be back thankyou
