Great little cafe. Stopped in for breakfast and got a great little fry-up. Owner could not have been more friendly; helped with directions, extra water, change for car-park. And excellent food - tasty & well-cooked

1 star is being generous….. Went here with my family and ordered beef burgers which were such low quality meat - Thin, tasteless & cheap. . Also ordered a chicken&cheese panini- they forgot the chicken…..We complained when leaving as we were unable to eat most of the meal due to the low quality. The staff did not apologise or even try to come up with a solution. We spent almost £50 here and it’s the worst £50 we have ever spent. Avoid at all costs.

I personally don't like this restaurant, the veggie burgers are not nice and the chips were hard it took forever for our food to come, don't recommend at all theres better restaurants

Average food at best, little over priced for the quality. Chips were undercooked, could have done with a minute or two more. Chicken curry is overpriced for pre cooked chicken mixed with curry paste. Stew was good. Portion sizes weren't the best for the price. A little improvement and personal touch could go a long way. All in all it's definitely not the worst but not the best.

Called in yesterday morning to kill a half hour before the bank opened.Greeted by a lovely friendly guy, who was more than happy to chat and banter.Order was taken immediately and a delicious small fry placed in front of us in minutes.I can heartily recommend Fayre Grill for friendly staff, good service, delicious food and fantastic value for money.

We went in for coffee and my Black coffee was perfect, it was nice and strong the way I like it. You tend to find weak coffee in many cafes and restaurants but I enjoyed this coffee immensely.

My wife and I called in on 5th March 2022 as we have every time we go to Ballymena Shopping. I ordered a large Ulster fry my wife had a mini fry. The food arrived and I started eating first everything on the plate was freezing except the fried egg, my wife started eating and complained hers was just the same. We tried to eat what we could just to get out but my wife suddenly cut into her sausage and came across whatever it is in the picture. I then decided that I had to say something, was disgusting. I asked if I could have a word with the guy who served me I actually apologised and told him the whole story. Unbelievably he first blamed the company who supplied the sausages then started accusing me of trying to get out of paying because they were just about to close. I told him I was going to post this review and that I had every intention of paying ( my wife and I are in our late 50’s btw) we paid the bill around £14 and left. Not once did this man apologise or try to make amends. Absolutely disgusting customer service the place is a disgrace to Ballymena!

£40 for two. Pathetic portions for a roast dinner. Cold apple tart the other one too hot to eat. Awful.standards have dramaticaly dropped. Will never be back.
