We needed to replace our wall-mounted oil-fired boiler. Normans Heating came up with an innovative solution and the engineers carried out the required work in an efficient & professional manner. The engineers were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to meet our needs.

My ancient shower broke down so i rang Normans for help, a guy came out same day to inspect it, a new shower was needed, it was ordered and fitted in 3 working days. The ladies who take your call are friendly and very helpful, the man who came to fix it was professional and cheerful and left my shower room clean and tidy. Thank you Normans Heating.

It pays to stay loyal to good service providers. We feel honoured that Normans accepted us onto their books as customers nearly 4 years ago. We have had our oil fired boiler serviced every year by them and one evening last week, at 7pm, it stopped working. We called at 8:30am the next morning and without promising anything to us, Normans said they would do their best to get an engineer to us. Which they were able to do by early afternoon and discovered the fuel pump had failed. Luckily, their engineer had the spare part on his van so we were up and running with heating and hot water again within 24 hours. Every time Normans have visited us their engineers have been professional, knowledgeable, polite and courteous. We cannot rate them highly enough and are very happy customers.

Normans have serviced our CH boiler for a few years now (based on a recommendation), and we have always been pleased with their service. When we wanted some radiators replaced we asked them to quote; their quote arrived very quickly, and they could do the job within seven days. Matt their engineer, arrived promptly, was very polite, completed the job within the day, went to a great deal of trouble to ensure that the system was properly balanced, and tidied up after himself. Great service, and completed to our total satisfaction.
