I had to urgently repair my Xperia Z5 and it was disaster. They had some issues sourcing the part and communication with awful. They replaced the screen with a third-party aftermarket part which has a design fault. Consequently I had to get the sensor cleaned, they charged £20 for this. Now the replacement screen has failed. Obviously the Xperia Z5 isn't a mainstream mobile phone, so if you have an iPhone or Samsung, they might be a little more aquatinted with those devices.
