Great service, ordered the necessary blank in and the key worked first time.

Ok service as long as you go on the right day. I went to get a spare car key made, the man cut the key fine but didn't put the electronic chip in because he didn't know how to use the machine. He didn't inform me he didn't know how to use the machine until I had waited for him to complete the key, pay, leave, try to start my car, go back and tell him it wasn't working at which point he then told me that he didn't know how to use the machine but he hoped it wouldn't need a chip (as all car keys do). I had to come back another day to get it fixed. This time another employee successfully completed the key (hence 2 stars rather than 1) but when I casually explained what had happened he patronisingly snapped that that wasn't what would have happened" and that the wifi must have been not working rather than the previous employee not knowing how to work the machine (as he had explicitly stated the precious day). I got my key in the end but disappointed at the service"

So helpful. Really nice people at all 3 branches I visited (Stevenage ASDA, WGC Morrisons & Hemel Marlows) went to all as confusion over van key programing. (different stores have different machines) All lovely, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Joe and Dany in the shop are exceptional employees who always provide the best possible customer service - they are highly capable individuals who are an asset to the company. It has always been an absolute pleasure to deal with them.However this review concerns the Washing/ Ironing service which is done offsite.My shirts (fairly new, some only worn 2-3 times from new) came back absolutely destroyed, creased to hell, and literally unwearable without being ironed again properly, by me, at home... marvellous!This has happened all too often, with the last batch being amongst the worst I have ever had the displeasure of receiving.From now on I will look elsewhere, or do it myself, as I cannot afford to buy new shirts after Timpsons destroy them after 3 washes/ irons.

What a waste of time.Was promised my watch would be sent off for a repair quote and I'd hear back in a few days to see how much it would cost. A week and a half later, I'd heard nothing so I rang to follow up. Here I was told they'd ring up the workshop and find out what has happened.I heard nothing. Another week later I'd had enough so rang them up to see what was going on. Apparently it was still in the workshop and nothing was happening. I asked them to return my watch as I'll get it repaired elsewhere. No apology for the delay, lack of contact, all round awful experience, nothing.Hopefully my watch makes it back to me although I can't say I'm filled with too much confidence.Avoid and go elsewhere.

Stay awayAbsolute rip off by temporary manager, who was very arrogant and rude called David.I have been using Timpsons since they took over from Morrison’s to launder 5 shirts for £8.On Sunday, David insisted the price was £10.99 despite me having a ticket saying £8. He then went on to admit that he personally received the extra money he wanted to charge.His hands were covered in oil and took offence when I said I didnt want him handling the shirts.When I contacted head office they say each branch can charge what they want!!!!!!Terrible service.
