I ordered a small part for an electric outboard motor from Sheridan Marine that was not available in Australia.Within 3 hours of payment being made the order had left Sheridan and was awaiting air shipment to Australia which is fantastic service.This part was received by me within six days of placing the order which is quicker than I can receive most online orders in Australia.Great service from Sheridan and their staff on the phone were most helpful.

As the winter draws near I suddenly became worried that I did not have the right protection for my beloved paddle on the sea and having stumbled across this company I was immediately put at ease by a nice young lad who talked me through the pros and cons of I the things I need. It's a rarity these days that people take the time to speak to old folk like me but I was impressed nonetheless and have been really pleased with my purchase.

oh gosh. Just spoke to a really lovely lady on phone regarding wiper motors and she was so friendly (in an appropriate way ha ha) and we shared a laugh while she gave me advice and I put down phone feeling much brighter in spirit than I did before. Trouble is as an old phart I do tend to go on a bit (sigh) .so warm regards to everyone and especially the helpful lady on the phone

Great place with everything you need for a Freeman. Very helpful with new ropes and a new full set of Fenders for our Freeman 24. Me and my mate had a good laugh too. *Clarella*
